These are exactly what you’d expect - they do the job. But I’ve personally noticed that they tend to take around half an hour longer than Immodium Instants. These tablets are the same type of thing, dissolve on the tongue with a mild mint flavour, not unpleasant though there is a slight chemically aftertaste, a quick swish of water does the trick but as many of these drugs are absorbed through blood vessels in the mouth I put up with it. It’s worth noting that they’re not “instants” they take maybe ten seconds to dissolve, on average. You don’t need water but keep some handy first time, in case you don’t like the taste. Beyond that they’re cheaper than the Immodium, (usually) and they do the trick so I’m happy with these, I give them 4 and a half stars, but Amazon won’t let me do a half so it’ll have to be 4.

So these do work I will say that but as a regular user of the more expensive brand I will say the extra cost is 100% worth it! These have a awful taste compared to more expensive brand and they work slightly slower too but if you really need to save the extra couple of pound then these definitely work but I will be paying for the more expensive brand just on the sheer taste and size difference.
