This is dry cat food for indoor cats my cats love this flavor of cat food. I myself can't tell if the flavor of this cat food is of basted meat because it's not for people to eat it's for cats. Does not smell like meat or gravy it just smells like pet kibble. Easy for my cats to chew the small bits without having a problem, as with most kinds of pet food the kibble bits are in multiple shapes and color variations which haven't affected my fur babies in any negative way. I have bought this brand for the last 7 years because my cats eat it the best and it is lower cost than some cat foods and this kind has hairball control which has been very helpful.

My cats are very picky eaters and they love this. I have gone thru many brand and this hands down top for them. I love that it comes in 3 small bags I think once you open a bad of cat food it will be stale but thats just me.
