High quality, very fairly priced, easy to install with a couple of bolts through our garage attic ceiling. It operates smoothly and is strong and sturdy. Good buy at very fair price.

Love this pull down projector screen, we have been using it for a couple of months now as our every-day screen in place of a flatscreen. Very easy to use, and can be set at a variety of different levels. We used two heavy duty hooks to mount this into the ceiling and its held of great. It comes with a little cord to make it easy to pull the screen down. The quality is quite good. We have this hanging in front of a large window that gets a lot of sun and with the curtains closed behind it (our curtains are not black out), it is sufficiently black out that you can use it during the day. It can be a little noisey when you pull it down and put it away. You do have to be careful when you put it away that you hold on to the cord otherwise it will snap up and bang into its housing.

I got the 50” screen to just cover enough of my closet. It’s pretty good! No wrinkles and the videos show up perfectly. Even without being hung up, it stood well on its own.

First projector screen I have ever bought. Purpose was to add a “TV” to the kids room. Seems of to be of good quality and was well packaged. You will need screws or screw hooks to install it. It was super simple and easy to install. With light coming from the side the image looks good, but I see they curve some. I had to practice with the kids how to pull down the screen and pull it up back up. Check out the images with the review.

I have no experience in projectors or screens, but this seems great. I am using it while I travel and work as my media viewing experience. While large, I can stow it away and not worry about breaking a television. Easy to clean, easy to pull the screen down, etc. Great purchase!

I had limited space where I could set up a projector screen so I needed a smaller size option that could hang from my ceiling. This one fit perfectly. Quality is great, material feels nice and thick. Backing is thick and dark enough that this actually blocks out light from my windows when I pull it down. Mechanism to go up and down is smooth and doesn't feel like it gets caught up. Screen is flat, no wrinkles. Very simple set up. I'm currently using this with my Nebula X1 laser projector and the image looks great. Only con is it does have a chemical smell when new which was kind of giving me a headache. I actually hung this up outside for a few hours and it helped significantly. From what I read, this is normal due to the material they make it with. It's sort of equivalent to that "new car" smell which is the materials off gassing. It will go away over time, but you can expedite this by letting it air outside. All in all, for this costing less then 1/4 of what other screens go for, you really can't go wrong for this. Its simple, great quality and gets the job done. Plus Pyle is an actual brand name and not the auto generated generic ones you see all over Amazon.

Great screen at a very reasonable price point. Ours arrived quickly and was packaged very good, zero damage to the screen or the housing. Very easy to install and to use (pulls down and goes back up easily). Screen does much better than previous screens in the daylight too.

Piece of cr*p. Bought this item at the beginning of August and it has failed as of last night—08/21/25; used item for less than two weeks. Screen no longer retracts into the housing. Last night, I pulled screen down and was watching a movie when I heard the screen roll out further and then a thump at the end when it came to end of screen. A dark border of around 6 inches was now visible at the top of the screen that was not there before. After this, the screen would no longer pull-out when pulled for the retraction. Do not buy this junk! Beware also that in order to get a refund, Amazon requires you to package the screen in its original box which is now impossible when the screen does not retract. Also, Amazon offers pick-up only for this return because it’s such a large item. It’s a catch 22 since you cannot package the item for it to be picked-up so you’ll not get your refund on this return until it is returned. I had to call and ask them for a workaround

Ayant un vidéo projecteur mais pas d écran pour regarder Je devais regarder mes films sur un un mur de couleur grise et enlever le tableau a chaque fois et c etait un peu galère Ca change tout avec un bel écran blanc, la qualité de l image est géniale j ai pris celui de 72 pouces ( 183cm) Pour l installer j ai suivi les instructions en français J ai mis les visseries dans le mur en mesurant bien avec les crochets Je le déplace facilement du salon à la chambre J ai vu sur le manuel qu on pouvait aussi le mettre au plafond Mais je n ai pas essayé L écran quand on l ouvre est équipé d un mécanisme auto bloquant Pour le fermer on tire lentement vers le bas et on relâche doucement l écran Les soirées cinéma sont juste parfaite maintenant Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat Ça change vraiment tout

I have a tendency to go overboard doing things and adding a projector and pull down screen in my popup camper is probably one of those times lol. The screen is very nice, works perfectly, and I have no complaints. It can be mounted by hooks for ceiling etc, or to the wall with a couple screws. I used the hook method due to space limitations. The Pic with the white side is from my bed, black screen is the back of it. Because it is just hanging by hooks I can easily turn it around and project from other end of camper if there is more than just me and the wife watching it. I am happy with this purchase, the screen was in perfect condition. By the way, it was tested during the middle of the day with plenty of ambient light so that's why it looks washed out.

The screen was very easy to install (can either be on ceiling hooks or screws/hooks drilled into wall). Preferably, you'd want to drill into studs and not dry wall in case someone decides to tug on the screen a little too hard. There was a slight smell as others have mentioned, but it wasn't overpowering for me. After a few uses, the smell disappeared so I wouldn't let that stop you from buying this screen. Overall, I'm very happy. It's a well made screen, seems to be good quality and for a great price. Delivery for me in Melbourne Australia was under one week. Highly recommend!
