FINEX 12" Cast Iron Skillet, Modern Heirloom, Handcrafted in The USA, Pre-Seasoned with Organic Flaxseed Oil

Die Pfanne leitet die Wärme gut, hat eine gleichmäßige glatte Oberfläche und ist insgesamt kompakt genug, um in die meisten Backöfen zu passen. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Griff, der länger sein könnte, da er an der Spitze heiß wird. Mittelgroße bis große Hände werden damit in Berührung kommen. Trotz des Nachteils ist dies immer noch eine Fünf-Sterne-Pfanne und jeden Cent wert.

This is the easiest, most beautiful cast iron skillet I've ever owned! I had almost given up on using cast iron products because I could never figure out how to properly care for them. This smooth skillet is so easy to clean and the food tastes SO good! I am thinking of buying more sizes so I have a whole set.

We love this skillet. It is now well seasoned and used for many meals.

It's a very sharp looking pan that I'm excited to hand down one day. After delivery last night, I have cooked 4 times on it. Firstly their preseason sucks despite the claim it's ready to cook on. First 2-3 eggs stuck immediately, however by the 4th, etc they were sliding around like Teflon. Season yourself before cooking. Secondly, the size is smaller than I expected, especially given the price is 11X that of a Lodge. 12" is from the corners but only 11" from the flat sides, giving it a cooking area of 9 1/2"...picture shows the Finex inside my 15yo Lodge 12". Thirdly, while the handle is beautiful and innovative (I do worry about grease stuck inside over time), it's too short not to burn my larger size hands on the iron (see pic). It is a beautiful pan and would easily get a 4 star even so, but for $220 I don't expect these deficiencies. I will update over time as it breaks in. Couple months in, still looks good...but the patina isn't coming in evenly. Dropping rating to a 2 star...not that I don't like it, but doesn't live up to its price

Really nice pan. In fact it's been two years since I bought it for my wife and she is still afraid to use it because she doesn't want to ruin it, SMH. If you camp, glamp, prep, survive, whatever it would likely be a great buy that I assume will last forever. Let me know if it does, because mine will, just not for the same reasons.
