Merrell Women's Jungle Moc Touch Breeze Slip-On Shoe

I bought these because I wanted secure footing, and the treads are superb. No fears walking in the rain--but don't mistake them for beach combers. They will not stand up to slippery tidal rocks. (Or you will not stand up!)They are not too heavy on the foot, and dry out quickly from rainy day walks.They can be laundered, but the fabric gets a big mushy over time, as expected. I wanted step-in, no-hands footwear, and for the most part, these are that. The heel loop isn't quite as long as I'd like, so when I step on the heel-back by accident it's a bit tricky to pull it up again.If you read other reviews, you'll see that a women's 9 is a little long and wide for the average 9, but I was well warned that the next size down would be too small. So I took that into account, and came away a happy buyer.Over time, as with most modern footwear, the sole is not as springy, so I added silicon inserts, and I feel once again like I'm walking on air.

I bought the black pair of Merrell Slip-Ons, and I love how they fit. I'm normally a size 9.5 - 10 in shoes, and I bought a 9.5 in this shoe. At first I was worried that they would be too small after reading reviews, but they were perfect. I have a fairly wide foot, and these shoes have a great toe box. They are narrower around the middle and heel (in a good way). They hug the foot, but they're not too tight. The elastic on the top is strong and thick. It's a really solid shoe, but it's not super heavy. My feet don't slip out of this shoe, but they are still pretty easy to slip on hands-free. The tread is very nice on the bottom, and I can already tell that it will stick to rocks or ice or any surface my other dress shoes wouldn't be able to. I've worn them for 2 FULL work days, and I don't have any "fatigue" feeling in my feet. I'm now a Merrell-loyal customer, and my second pair came in just today! It's a great buy!

These shoes are terrific. Nice light Merrells for spring and summer, will replace my very hot Merrells for those seasons. A bit on the bright side, i would have liked a darker blue, but I don't mind in that they are colorful and a nice blue overall, will go with my blue outfits. Fit is good, arch support is good as with all Merrells I have purchased. My main reason for buying them is I wanted cooler shoes for the hotter months and these will fit the bill. Excellent purchase price included made the shoes a real bargain buying from Amazon!

Bought this style in 2 sizes to try which one fit better. I thought I am OK with the 6.5, fits good lengthwise and width wise but for some reason it feels like your wearing flappers as you walk around with them. The toe box is generous, maybe too generous, I almost felt like a duck walking with them! It could be my own unique feet shape but this style is not for me. Don't get me wrong, I love my Merrels- I have 2 pairs of sandals, a pair of clogs and a pair of Mimosa slip ons. Still looking for a pair of black slip ons.

I walk dogs for a living and must wear shoes that provide support, cushion, grip the surface and provide some antimicrobial material. I typically wear the soles of my shoes down completely smooth & flat about every 6 to 8 weeks and walk on a variety of surfaces from pavement, sand at the beach & trails in wooded areas trekking over slippery tree roots. I have very wide feet & wear size 8.5 - 9 and also use orthotics. The 8.5 felt too narrow & hurt my feet in a different pair of slip on mesh Merrils I had ordered a while back so I returned them. Finally decided to try again- this time a half size up & Im really pleased with the fit & feel. First day I hiked in a rocky wooded area and they did not disappoint.

These shoes are so good, that I'm buying more! It has been a long time since I had a really good shoe. The pair I bought a year ago is still in great condition and is not showing any sign of wear. I still wear that pair every day to work. I believe I found the perfect shoe for me. I'm in my 50's and my daughter thinks they look funny on me, but they are very comfortable and very easy to slip on. I have physical issues that make it hard for me to tie laces, so these are perfect. If you're going to get a pair of these shoes, make sure to get a half size larger than your regular size because they're a little small. I read other comments before buying and it helped.

These are so comfortable I ordered another show from the Merrell brand. These aren't the most stylish of shoes but they provide a good fit and have a nice grip. The only issue is that it can rub on the back of your heel depending on the type of sock you wear. I use the very low-cut anklet socks so it was annoying until I'd worn them a few days and broken them in somewhat. Still, I like the shoes and have considered ordering multiple pairs of them.These are so easy to slip on and off, I wear them whenever I can. After walking around in steel toe boots for work all day these are such a pleasure to put on and go home or do my own errands in. I would recommend these to other buyers.

I have been wearing Merrell shoes for the past 10 years. Recently I ordered the Jungle Moc. The first order was too small. I ordered a women's 10. I returned them for the women's 10.5. These fit o.k. (were long enough) but have an unfinished heel where the back of your foot meets the back of the shoe (inside) My old pair are lined in that area. These are not. When I walked with these shoes my heels slipped and I could feel that within a short time I would have a blister from it rubbing and slipping. None, I repeat, none of my other Merrell's of the same variety with a heel are built like these. I was very disappointed and return the 10.5 as well. I will have to go to a local shoe store and see if they have better quality Merrell's. Merrell's are usually a top quality shoe. I only hope that they aren't compromising quality by having someone else build these shoes for them.
