Even though I could not keep up with the entire routine I found the exercises easy to follow. Throughout the session Curtis Adams continues to encourage the participant even to the point of saying "it's ok if you can't do it completely" ... the idea is to just keep moving. Perfect workout!
This workout is great! It works your arms, legs and core. It has cardio and strength training. Also a warm-up and a cool-down. It covers everything you need. It wasn't too easy for me. Could use a little more instruction from Curtis.
It lives up to it's promise to be a good, fast paced cardio workout, and I love Curtis' enthusiasm. Who knew a seated exercise program could be so strenuous, but in a good way? My only complaint is he could be giving a little more instruction for first time users (like have hand weights handy before you start). I also found it confusing, because it's so fast paced, that you should be using opposite arm to opposite leg in several of the exercises. If he had mentioned it at the start, it would have been easier to follow. I got a little tired of pausing, then rewinding. Otherwise, I recommend it for those of us seniors who have difficulty with standing exercises. I promise it is a good workout for cardio, strength, and core training!

Perfect for someone with mobility issues!
Just started following the30 minute workout and so far so goid. Lots of warm ups and cool downs. Lots of positive encouragement. Pretty great workout since it got my heart rate up and made me sweat a bit with out being too much. Feel better after one week of daily exercise. Fingers crossed v this will help me drop a few pounds and feel better. I highly recommend but know in advance you'll need hand weights.

Too energetic for my 70+ seniors
My group has used this video only once so far. It has too many quick movements and too fast a pace for my followers. Many friends were very sore in following days. I, the leader of the group, recovered with my chiropractor. The chiro' discouraged these multi-movement combo' moves and encouraged more natural, everyday movements. The video is a good, quality presentation though.

I am very happy to have found this gem of an exercise video. Curtis gives us a great workout. He has a nice encouraging manner which I enjoy. I have had a badly torn hamstring and again this year I injured the same leg. I normally am an avid aquaciser but due to my reinjury I am quite unstable and this year's icy conditions made me wary about going out to the pool. I started looking into chair exercises and found this GEM. It is helping me get back into a fitness routine in a safe and fun way.

I followed this DVD for the first time today and must say really enjoyed the experience and felt like I had done a workout- very motivating and hope to continue regularly getting some results
