Wonderful monitor, use daily, no issues
It's a great monitor. I've been using it since I purchased it in October of 2020. It still works. Color quality is great (at least compared to the TV I use as a second monitor). 100% brightness is bright enough to light up an entire room at night.

Excellent sharpness for text and vibrant color
I'm quite impressed at the screen quality of this monitor. The color is vibrant, and text is sharp and clear. While some may say that a 32" monitor needs 4k resolution, there is no need to jump to 4k if the screen quality is high enough, as this one is. The stand is rather funky, and the monitor sits higher than I would like, and the other thing is that navigating the UI with the multiple buttons on the side is a pain, since you have to look at the OSD to determine whether the button is scrolling to the side or vertically. But for the price, it's hard to beat the screen image quality, which is what really matters most.

Simple
This has 1 HDMI, 1 Video and 1 D-sub. Very simple but I feel I need 2 HDMI. and side button are same size same feeling. I think Power button has different than others because we can t see from front what button is. Stylish and pictures are good enough.

The screen build quality is lackluster, poor UI/button design
In general this is monitor is just okay. Function-wise it does its job -- It has a clear, crisp display with good color, good contrast, and good response time, but it has one MAJOR design flaw: the display panel is not built very well * The matte, anti-glare coating on the outer surface isn't nearly as tough as it should be, so scratches and chips will soon appear. * I had to swat at an insect one day, when when I did, I ended up with what looked like a blot of dead pixels. Naturally, I thoroughly cleaned the surface, but the blot remained. I had assumed the impact from the flyswatter had damaged the screen (e.g. by the insect itself "concentrating" the force in one tiny spot). UPDATE on 2023-10-28: After a few months, that blot disappeared, leaving completely functional pixels, with only what looked like a fine crack or scratch remaining that was easy to ignore. I thought maybe the liquid crystal material had been merely forced out of the area by the aforementioned impact, and had re-flowed back in at some point, but that wasn't what happened. UPDATE on 2024-07-17: As it turns out, there was no damage at all! There was, in fact, an insect involved but it was not on the outside surface of the screen -- it was INSIDE the screen assembly. That is, it had somehow made its way into the minuscule gap between the backlight panel and the actual LCD panel. I didn't realize that that's what had happened until the very same thing happened on my other ET2. Each monitor took about 15 minutes of disassembly and 5 minutes of cleaning, and another 10 minutes to reassemble, but at least I ended up with completely clean displays again. That "fine crack or scratch"? It was just a hair or lint, or something similar that the insect carried inside with it. I still give the screen low marks because of its poor scratch resistance and the fact that manufacturer should have used some kind of gasket between the backlight and LCD panels, to keep insects and debris from finding their way in. Hell, even ordinary electrical tape around the edges would have avoided the issue. Secondary to the screen issues are the control buttons: they're on the back, toward one side, making them hard to reach if you have a lot of clutter around the monitor (or if you have two monitors sitting side-by-side), and they have no bumps or ridges or anything else on them that could give you some idea of which button your finger's resting on, making the menus hard to use. Finally, while the angle of the screen is adjustable, the height is not. That's probably fine for most people, but if you have some special need that would be served by a height adjustment, or if you're just picky about having all your screens line-up nicely but your table doesn't lend itself to it (e.g. warped surface or whatever), this can be an irritant. At the time of this writing, this model was out of stock on Amazon, but in the event that it becomes available again, I do not recommend buying it unless the price comes down a lot (mine was just a hair over $200), or if you intend to use it in an environment where it will never be touched. For any other use, get something else that can tolerate insects and debris. This one's not suitable for normal environments.

Absurd value
Monitor came like new. Not a single scratch and with all accessories. Image is amazingly sharp and bright.

Did not work
supposedly this was a renewed monitor. Tried it with multiple computers. Never would show any picture. On power up most ACER monitors show a logo...this one had no logo. The menu buttons would not show the menu. Defective from the moment I took it out of the box. Someone else will get this after they 'renew' it again. Thankfully with Amazon returning it is free and easy.

Great Quality
I am sorry for those that got bad refurbs. Mine is wonderful and so far working better than expected. great quality for half the new price. Well worth it for me, a poor person.
