Effective and easy to apply
Best for stabilizing porous concrete prior to sealing. Needs 24-36 hours to penetrate, dry and chemically react. Has been effective on interior, 60+ y.o. cement block foundation & mortar.

Peeled off the wall
Did not penetrate into the brick but peeled right off, taking more brick with it. Very disappointed.
