I was skeptical about the claims associated with this product, but did some research and decided to give it a try. If it didn't work, at least I would be getting some nutritional benefits from the anthocyanins. Incredibly, I lost about 11 pounds and blew past a plateau with my pushups regimen over the course of about two months. I wasn't really weighing myself because my bathroom scale was broken, but I noticed I was getting thinner. When I was weighed at the doctor's office, I was stunned to see the improvement was that great. I am pretty sure I added some muscle weight, so the overall weight loss must be more than 11 pounds of fat. My pants started falling down, too; I was able to pull out some older pants that used to be too tight and now fit me. However, the weight loss stopped at 11 pounds and hasn't continued in the two months since. Not sure why. I have seen commentary elsewhere that 3-cyanidin glucoside doesn't work for everyone. All I know is it worked for me -- at least during the initial two months of usage.

I always ate berries and beets or took dark fruit polyphenol supplements and these seem to have a strong target. I didn't notice until I ran out for a week. It was subtle but less energy and motivation definitely. Expensive, but apparently my system needs or wants the nutrient and it is worth it.

I personally did not notice anything upon taking this supplement (IG3). However…. my girlfriend, who’s overweight, saw good results and noticeable fat burning/fat loss especially when she takes it before gym time.

Insane constipation - I took this for 2 days and had the worst constipation I’ve ever experienced. Honest to god it was like someone backed a Mac truck into my rectum and refused to drive out. Stopped taking this and it resolved. Would not recommend if you don’t want to feel like you’ll pull and Elvis on the crapper

First off, I’m seeing a lot of reviews that say the buyer didn’t get any noticeable results. One bottle is about a 14 to 20 day supply- if you see big noticeable results in that amount of time, whatever you’re taking is a drug, not a supplement, because that’s simply not how supplements work. This is a nutrient partitioning agent, not a steroid. That said, you have to have a meal plan dialed in and be on a program if you want something like this to do anything for you. I’m on my second bottle in my summer shred and I do believe this product is making a difference. A buddy of mine has been taking this for a few months and hasn’t switched his meal plans or training regimen, but has cut out a fair amount of fat in a few months and swears up and down it’s this product.

I am slow to notice any changes in my body's appearance but I think this is working in that respect after a month. I even gained a few pounds in that time with no other substantive changes in diet and training. I also notice a significant lower back pump in the morning after I take it (comparable to after having done heavy deadlifts). I am definitely on the bigger end of the bodybuilder spectrum at 6'3 325 lbs maybe 15% bodyfat. I have read articles that suggests it works better if you are already pretty big?

Used as described for a month. Nothing happened, was working out consistently. Disappointing.

C3g was studied as a supplement for eye care. That's why I bought it. As for its claim about lean muscle and carbs, I cant say for sure. It seems like it helps, but I also started a cutting regiment with low calorie protein powder.
