I have tried other Vit D supplements and end up having to to take prescription strength. But these are wonderful. As long as I take them all winter my vit D levels stay normal. I had gastric bypass 20+ years ago so my absorption is less. This brand has been the best by far and I have tried many brands. I like they use coconut oil. I don't know price wise to compare. But I don't think they are overpriced. I honestly choose them because they work well. No weird smells. And no funky taste noted.

I have not noticed anything different with this brand BUT I did research and this is a great quality supplement. Pill is small and easy to swallow.

I Reviewing supplements are very difficult because everyone is different metabolicly. This VD3 and MK7 is an oil based and vegan which I am comparing to powder based and non vegan which I’ve been taking for years. While not a long term usage review I will tell you that the one pill form is potent from Sports Research brand. It gave me a boost immediately after taking the first dosecompared to my old one. Maybe better quality, absorption or something else but I really like it and will buy again, and again and again. I hope my next lab work shows the benefit too. I would highly recommend.
