Nice Guitar
Excellent play, well balanced, comfortable in the hands, good variety of sounds. Solid workhorse for past 4 years. Excellent value for the price..

Arrived in perfect conditions
Being a product without any reviews you would probably hesitate to buy, but there is nothing to worry about, the guitar arrived in perfect conditions, everything in the image is there, along with its whammy bar and an extra spring, all pickups work perfectly and so do the knobs, the quality is much better than what you pay for.

good
Bought this as my first HSS with plans to make it my project guitar to mod. It is a starter guitar. The volume differences is noticeable between toggle change. Im pleased with but as fun guitar to mod.

The guitar would need somewhat major work to bring it up to playable!
I knew that I was taking a chance for the price and some of the reviews i had read but, unfortunately, the example of the Cutlass I received lived up to most of the caveats the reviewers cautioned the readers against. The neck was the worst. I should have worn gloves to handle the instrument out of the box, because I felt as if my fingertips had been almost worn smooth by the fret edges during unboxing, inspection and repacking. It was disappointing.

As described
My Sterling hss strat arrived ahead of eta, well packed and undamaged. I set it up, it plays and sounds just fine. Would buy from this seller again without hesitation.

Condition up Arrival
This review has nothing to do with the playability of the guitar. It has everything to do with the condition of the guitar upon arrival. I'll skip all the research I did before buying and the number of years I have been playing - none of that is relevant because I cannot (yet) test the instrument. The strings were so badly rusted that I need a tetanus shot to try it. The area near the input jack was dirty with grime and there is a scratch on the back - and the box arrived damaged to boot. Granted, a dirty guitar in a damaged box does not affect playability, but it does make an impression. So, if you order this instrument be aware that the quality control inspection process in California is lacking. Once I clean the instrument and change the strings (which is a given even if in perfect shape) I'll review the playability.

Best guitar for the price
100% better than a Squier or any other cheap guitars. Wonderful for the price. Can't complain.

Musicman Sterling Strat
The Musicman strat copy I received came from the factory with low action. I raised the action, but that wasn't enough. Adjusting the truss rod can't be done because the truss rod won't move, in either direction. Guitar pickups are fair, just right for playing at home thru a small amp. Finish is nice. An ok guitar for the budget minded guitarist.
