Katherine's Bike Was Wonderfully Strange

What a perfectly magical book! I love the wonderful storyline of a little girl who has a bike that can magically change the weather! I cannot wait to read this to my 4 year old and 6 year old boys. My favorite part was the delightful idea of the bike tires filling with air like little hot air balloons and flying through the sky!

Beautiful illustrations. My kid loves this book! Wishhhey had it in hard cover and the thin pages are difficult for little fingers to turn.

I love riding my bikes so I bought this for my granddaughter so she can have an appreciation for the fun that can be had riding a bike. My daughter tells me that she REALLY enjoys this book!!

Bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter, I always read the books first and this is really a cute story Im sure she will love it.

I can imagine every kid thinks this way when they are riding their bike. Loved the large font against the dark illustration., made it so easy to read.

Katherine bike was unique.No one else had 1 like it.Each gear would produce wind, clouds, rain & a typhoon.The faster she pedaled the worse the weather got.She had gone 20 miles & was wore out.Spinning the handlebars, the stars came out.Where would the rest of the adventure take her?I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. A very well written children’s adventure book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s adventure movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini TV series. My four year old grand-daughter, Katherine, who is learning to ride a bike, loved this book. It really encouraged her to keep trying because of the possibilities

This is sold as a picture book and the pictures are blurry with little detail. Can't believe it got such high ratings . Didn't think much of the story either.
