I have ordered this remote several times. It works perfectly to replace the original. I just ordered 2 more. My husband says I should just order a case of them. We are a rowdy bunch here!

This hand controller works like the original. After a few years the TV controllers wear out and when the TV is an older model (over 5 years old) it is sometimes difficult to find a replacement that works.

I had order the wrong remote and these folks found the correct remote and exchanged it. Very happy with the company. I had trouble getting the pointer to work - had to hold the mute key till a menu popped up and turn of the on voice notifications. After that the pointer and scroll worked perfectly.

Ya know, my LG OLED tv has a fantastic screen. The tv itself is fantastic, but I've started having a lot of the spinning circle like on a laptop. Now i have streaming service only. No cable TV that costs a fortune and is full of useless channels..." for me" ! So i use an internet provider and then add the tv service. I don't know if it's my tv streaming service or tv. I've changed internet providers 3 times, still at least an unplug and replug about once every 2 to 3 weeks. For the first 2 years ZERO problems then it started . We've moved once since having the tv so that's why 3 internet providers. I use high speed and the current provider is all fiber optic and 500 mbs speed. So i got plenty of power. Just my opinion, if i have to buy another high quality tv, it WONT BE AN LG!!!!! Tv is 3 yrs old and i shouldn't be having these issues especially a remote!!! I know what brand im getting next time, but I'm not gonna advertise for them. My original remote lasted over 3 years, this replacement that says LG on the box lasted 10 days. Both problems were different, but the same "roller button "

It works great just like the one that came with my TV! It’s the EXACT same.

Unlike the remote that came with our TV, this one works! Our TV was so smart that we became very stupid. The on/off button never worked nor did the UP button by the wheel. The pink arrow was always wobbling around. Somehow my husband locked our TV in the accessibility area where the voice would not stop. As our UP button didn’t work, we could not switch it off. Ordered this and it all worked…voice recognition, all buttons, no wonky pink pointer. Used the UP button and it cleared the annoying, barking voice in the accessibility choice. Money well spent!

This was an exact replacement for the remote control that came with my LG TV. It worked perfectly and simply right out of the box. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Kaufen Sie diese Fernbedienung nicht. Sie wird als originale LG-Fernbedienung verkauft, aber sie ist von sehr schlechter Qualität. Anstatt diese zu kaufen, hätte ich mir lieber etwas Billiges gekauft und viel länger benutzt. Wir hatten gehofft, dass die Original-LG-Fernbedienung länger halten würde. Aber Geldverschwendung. Das Rad funktioniert nicht mehr und wir müssen wieder eine neue kaufen. Also kauft diese Fernbedienung nicht.
