It’s fine
This is a perfectly fine item. It’s pretty light and feels sort of cheap but it does not necessarily look as cheap as it feels and that is more important to me. The sound was initially very disappointing (could barely hear) no matter how I adjusted the pump or water level. But, I put two crystal wands across two of the parts that collect water and they made the sound much louder so I feel pleased now. I did not use the rocks that came with the fountain as the looked very dusty and I did not feel confident with washing they would be sediment free. So I used some polished stones I had on hand. It’s unlikely I will use the candles often but it was nice to have those included. 6 candles were included in total - 3 a brighter white, 3 more like a very light tan color. One of the candles was unusable because the wick was so misaligned. Very easy to put together and set up. I’ll be using distilled water as recommended. Overall I am fine with this purchase - was easy to set up, will probably last a while in the environment I have it in, and I was able to add some crystals to it to make it reach the sound level I was looking for. Would not say this is an amazing item - but it’s totally fine.

Elegant and functional water feature
Item was as described. No missing parts. The polished stones were of better quality than other fountain I have used in the past. Because of the good design of water flow, the water does not splash out, if you set the water pump to a lower pressure setting ( Read instructions ) and set the stones around the area where the water hits the base. See my photos. It has a good sounding water stream. I use it occasionally i.e. it does not run 24x7. I am using distilled water. So far it is performing very well, almost no sound of the water pump, and I enjoy it. It is good value for money. The candles are replaceable easily - Not having LED candles is a huge plus for this product because my previous water feature had LED candle which stopped working after a few months. I will update this review after 8 - 12 months.

Great with some modifications!
I originally ordered this fountain to create a Zen environment since I work from home. For only $30, I figured why not? When I first unboxed the fountain, I was a little bit underwhelmed since the pieces were plastic. It comes with a small pump where you can adjust the flow of the water, the bowl portion and then the top piece (the fountain). It was very easy to assemble and the directions that were included were very clear. I played with the pump settings and found that it was most enjoyable to listen to it on the quietest setting. I know that a lot of other reviews talked about the noise, and I found a way to reduce the vibrating humming sound that the pump makes. I included a video above where you should be able to hear the flowing water, but not any annoying pump sounds. Originally, I placed the fountain on top of the wood surface and the vibrating/humming noises were pretty unbearable. I really wanted to return it. I then cut out a small piece of spongy foam and rested the fountain on top of it. This made it almost completely silent. It is extremely enjoyable for me now. It really absorbs that annoying noise. Another thing is the wire for the pump gets partially submerged in the water and I’m not sure if this is a hazard or not. I’ve personally had no issues with this. This also comes with six tea light candles and some Riverstones. I added some fake succulents and a couple of crystals for more aesthetically pleasing look. I never write reviews, but this is honestly my favorite and most relaxing decoration I’ve ever bought. I am hoping that this review can help some of you to make a more informed decision. I bought the 5 fake succulents on SHEIN for about $9. Great deal and it adds beautiful detail. The amount of Riverstones that they give you does not completely cover the base of the fountain, so I would suggest buying more. I found cheap ones on Amazon and at bed, bath and beyond.

Cute, little fountain
I bought this fountain for our bedroom in hopes it would drown out my husband's snoring. It has a nice relaxing trickling, sound, but alas, it cannot compete with the bear in the bed! Still, I love it. It's quite beautiful especially with the tea candles lit and the glow from those 3 tiny candles illuminates a room so warmly. My only complaint was buying it from Amazon, no sure if it was a third party issue or what, but the box it was shipped in was partially torn, the box the item comes in was really in poor shape, almost looked like a returned item resold as "new". One side of the manufacture's box was completely missing. The Styrofoam packaging within the manufacture's box was cracked and taped together. I was fully prepared to return it because it the box was in such poor condition, however, everything works, nothing was missing, and I really do enjoy this little fountain. No issues with splashing. I am going to place large rocks my husband has collected from Utah and Arizona around the base to make it even more eye appealing. I would recommend this fountain for relaxation, but it won't tackle hushing the loud snorer.

A few simple tips keep it running like a charm
I have been quite pleased with this fountain, which has been running almost continually for about 10 months for me now. The candles plus the water sound has leveled up my office space immensely and was well worth the modest price. I have learned from past experience with pet water fountains that you have to keep them full and you have to keep them clean, so they are always a little more work than I want them to be, but I've figured out some tips. KEEP IT QUIET - by keeping a bottle/pitcher of water next to it and adding a little splash of water every 1-2 days. Keeping the motor submerged is the key to keeping it quiet, and the water evaporates, so you just gotta keep it topped up. Since I have it on a table with my plants it's just part of my watering cycle. If it does start groaning, first top up the water and wait 15 minutes---it often takes it a few minutes to go quiet again but it almost always does for me. Otherwise, it may need to be cleaned. CLEAN OCCASIONALLY - by disassembling, checking for any debris,* and soaking the parts (motor included but not power cord/plug) in hydrogen peroxide overnight. Then I assemble, plug it in (make sure the plug is dry) and let the motor run fresh peroxide through for 5-10 minutes. Dump the peroxide, replace with water, ready to go. (*I once accidentally got a bunch of dirt in the fountain, and in that case I rinsed the parts under the faucet and used a bottle brush to wipe the dirt out of the motor before doing the peroxide soak, and everything was still fine.) MINIMIZE CLEANING - by adding Oxyfresh water additive or a similar product (I keep it next to the fountain and add a teaspoon every two weeks or so). I had this product around as I have pets and it is supposed to help their teeth. I had a hunch that it would also discourage slime molds etc. from growing in the fountain, and I was right. Initially I had to clean it after 4 or 5 weeks and found some biological growths starting, but since I started adding Oxyfresh, I'd say I've only been cleaning it every 3-4 months and no sign of bio-organisms. Summary: It's a water feature, so it needs maintenance, no way around that. But when maintained properly this one is quiet and adds a ton of serenity to a room. Recommend!

Too quite.
I can barely hear the water fountain. It is too quiet. It is more decorative than noisy. I had to return it.

No switch
This is really nice, It looks nice when the candles are burning. However there is no on and off switch, I have to plug it in when using it, and unplug when Im done.
