Super affordable medium-duty chain that is exactly what I needed
I have needed a 15 ft chain for a specific purpose, but I did not want to buy an overpriced heavy-duty chain at a big box store for over $3 per foot. This chain has a 520 lb. safe working load, which is adequate for my needs, and it costs less than $1 per foot, which is a fantastic price. My pickup bed has only four tie-down points, one in each corner. For large loads, this is fine. But for smaller loads or even loose items like gas cans, I need more tie-down points, which is why I wanted this chain. According to the world’s most overused search engine, “Chains along the sides of a truck bed create versatile, strong tie-down points for securing various loads, preventing shifting with carabiners or quick links attached to existing tie-downs or stake pockets, offering more flexibility than fixed hooks and keeping straps from sliding”. These chains are fantastic for this purpose. Unlike some really heavy-duty chains, the links are open enough so they can easily accommodate bungee cords or large ratcheting straps. I can fasten items anywhere along the sides of the truck bed, section off portions of the truck bed to keep medium sized items from sliding around, etc. I now have a tie-down point wherever I need one. In order to install these, I used four large quick links in each corner (since the bed liner partially blocks my tie-down points) and two good-sized (around 4”) turnbuckles. I connected one turnbuckle to one of the quick links near the tailgate, connected the chain to the other end of the turnbuckle, threaded the chain through the two quick links near the cab, and then back to the other turnbuckle/quick link connection on the other side of the tailgate. I then used the turnbuckles to adjust the tension on the chain so that it doesn’t droop. I recommend using turnbuckles with a hook on each end rather than turnbuckles with one or two loops because they require less hardware. If you have hooks on both ends then you do not need quick links at the starting and ending points of the chains unless your bed liner is in the way. Since I have a 1995 Toyota Tacoma with a regular bed (74.5” long and 57.9” wide), I had a bit of chain to spare when I was finished. Within a day of installing these I had two different guys comment on what a good idea it is. And it really is. I wish I could take credit for it, but it seems like I ran across it a few years ago on the Internet. I just wish I had found this affordable chain sooner. It is perfect for my needs!

Good quality
The item is as described. It's very strong, of good quality, and did its job. I used it with a lock to chain up some cabinet doors in my garage to prevent theft.

Good chain
Excellent packaging. Good solid chain being used for a heavy duty swing set. The included removable chain links are handy.

tire chains 10 quick link 0
2 lengths were held together by 1/4" bolts, washers and a nut. (accompanying quick link is useless as its too thick to slip into chain links) i then threaded one end through the openings in the rear rims of my plow truck around the tire then back through the rim opening continuing trying to keep chain going around tire evenly spaced. the two ends were then held together with another 1/4" bolt. first snow storm and the chains worked perfectly. four stars because quick link doesnt fit.

Works
1/4 x 15 works for my porch swing holding roughly 500+lbs of people and the weight of swing. If it breaks or rusts I'll update.

The product is of good quality for it’s defined capacity. However, the included 1/4” quick link does not go through links because of thickness, thus useless. There is no customer service contact number on the packaging to request a replacement. Two stars taken in rating for wrong quick link and missing customer service contact number, otherwise a good product. It would have been better if a weatherproof sleeve was included.
