Surprisingly Awesome
This movie was the most enjoyable nostalgia trip ive had in a good while. This show and movie are both classic and amazing. This dvd is cheap and well worth buying, its brand new and has all the exact same previews and everything as the one I had as a kid. It is also a well done prequel so you can start here if you really want. Powerpuff Girls is awesome, buy this movie.

Fun nostalgic ride
When the show's intro gives a passable origin story each episode, a prequel movie isn't totally necessary. That said, this is a lot of fun if you're a fan of the original show. It uses the art style for the 2nd half of the show, but creator Craig McCracken hadn't yet moved on to Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, so it has the feel and humor of the 1st half.

Classic Cartoon Network Goodness
It's The Powerpuff Girls Movie. You get what you pay for. Lots of action, lots of family-friendly-but-just-barely violence, and lots of puns. Good stuff! Unlike the original release, the movie comes in a standard DVD case, not one of those wonky cardboard cases with the plastic clip, so it fits really well on my shelf.
