Good exercise for arthritis

Much smaller size balls than I expected to meet my exercise needs

Perfect fit for small hands. I especially like the textured surface which prevents it from rolling off the tabletop.

These 3 balls are a little to hard for PT after a broken wrist.

I did not expect them to be made out of a gel consistancy but they work. Thankyou

Have only had two days; however, it is as described, three different strengths. & my hands already feel more relaxed & moveable.
