Perfect Upgrade
Perfect fit and finish. Shipped promptly and arrived on time. We were updating the shower in one of our bathrooms. Although the Kohler Rite-Temp shower valve was still working flawlessly after almost twenty years, we thought a new look was in order. The trim kit was the perfect solution and more cost effective than replacing the valve. Installation was a snap. Everything required was included. Thanks Kohler!

Not plastic.
It's well made and was easy to install and the extender piece, however, is not removable. Once in place over your valve, it's there to stay! Make sure all pieces are installed appropriately before fitting on the extender! Otherwise, youll have to purchase another rite temp valve. Thankfully, this was not the case with mine! I am very happy with this purchase and it looks great in my shower.

Very attractive and the handle is easy to turn with my rheumatoid arthritis.

Great replacement. Fit well, still working months later. Came with both adapters for the main Kohler valve bodies. Super happy.

Beautifully made!!
Well made shower trim by KOHLER. Never ever they made a non quality product. Very big size trim. Easy to install. Easy to use. Everything is great!!! Very beautiful when i install in my bathroom. No leaking what so ever. Well done KOHLER

Not up to typical Kohler quality
Was disappointed in how this unit is put together , cheap plastic that can break in the middle of the handle. The unit I received must have been returned by someone with the small plastic connector broken.

Flimsy and thread is a bit loose.
Got this on March 2024 and installed it on August (5 months ago). After 5 months of everyday use the handle feels flimsy and i have to tighten it every week. I was expecting a little bit more , after all it is Kohler Product.

Install carefully
A little tricky to install to make sure it lines up with the valve without accidentally breaking something but went carefully and had no issues. Works great.
