Battery installed in a matter of minutes. Arrived fully discharged. After overnight charging, my laptop is again running great. Battery meter indicates 100% charged. Very pleased!

The battery on my 2017 Alienware 17 R4 was completely dead. Upon opening the case, it was puffy...and obvious sign of expiration. I bought the Fancy Buying HF25D Laptop Battery for Dell Alienware R4. It exactly matched the OEM battery, and fit perfectly in both size, shape, and connection. The kit even included a small screwdriver, though I used my own tool set. The laptop fired up with no issues, and immediately started charging. Within an hour or so the battery was fully charged, and as instructed, I unplugged it to let the battery discharge. I don't expect it to replace the OEM battery perfectly in terms of power storage or longevity, but the laptop is nearly nine years old. If my 12-year-old son wasn't using it for gaming, it would already be at the recycling center. This affordable battery replacement will extend the life for another year or two until we are ready to get him something better.

Battery works great! Brought back to life an XPS 13, perfect fit and compatibility. It had 72% on install so I was able to test it for the few hours it estimated it had and was pretty spot on. Charged it to 100 no issues. Definitely worth the money

The battery is ok. It only charges to about 90%. I am not taking the computer apart again. It will work for how I use the laptop, so it is all good.

Very good battery no complaints

I bought this battery for my Dell XPS 13 9360 laptop. According to the product description the battery is supposed to be compatible with this model. I received it on time and installation was easy - but the battery does not charge beyond 85%. I have had it plugged in for over 12 hours now and the battery has not gone beyond 85% - it's been sitting at 85% for the last 5-6 hours. Their customer service is bad - they have a phone number listed on Amazon, but the line disconnects as soon as you call that number. Their support link on Amazon does not work. I am beginning to wonder if this is a legit vendor? I am going to have to return the battery.

I have a Samsung Chromebook that I purchased 4 years ago - - I use it [maybe] 2-3 times a week for small miscellaneous things. I am retired, but on the Board of our HOA so many of my files were on both personal and Google drives. Day before yesterday, my Chromebook didn't even boot up, so I took it to the repair shop and was told it would take 3-4 days (which I didn't have) and the cost of diagnostics would be more than just purchasing a new Chromebook. I came home dejected, and pondered my next move. I went online and watched a video that showed just how easy it was to replace a battery, so I decided to try it first (spending $35 on a battery with the hopes of having my Chromebook up and running was a small investment versus buying a new one and going through the work of setting it up, then somehow recreating what I lost on my personal drive...) I had the old battery out within 10 minutes then installed this battery to charge. Voila!
