Seems To Live Up To Health Claims .
Just a few days in , of use and Sleep quality seems so much better. Joint pains subsided slightly ( will need to give it some more time for full effect.Cognitively / Brain wise, I feel relaxed, even getting in a few more hearty laughs. Just feeling good overall!! Only 6 + days in but already decided last night I will actually repurchase this Brand . Fingers crossed! 🤞🏾

Helps to get rid of hot flashes!
When i was nearing menopause, i kept having hot sweats. I didnt want to take another pill on top of all the other meds I was taking. This pill has taken away approx 95% of my hot flashes.

Helps with joint pain from menopause.
After reading the reviews I wasn't sure this was going to help me as I don't really have hot flashes. My symptoms are more joint pain and stiffness (mostly hands) and hair loss. Decided to give them a try and only took 2 a day and joint pain got 90% better then I ran out and stopped taking them and pain has returned. I have done nothing else for this so I have to say that these pills have really helped and I am ordering more today.
