I was hesitant about buying a used phone, but I am overall really surprised with how good the phone is. The smoothness of this phone is insane and the battery is really good. On days in which I use it lightly, I will still have about 70-75% left. On heavy days when I stream about 4-5 hours of shows, I will still have really good battery life left. The phone looks really good, with very light signs of usage. But I put a nice fire red shockproof case and and it looks as good as new. The camera quality is amazing, and you can ymreally take some cool night mode pictures. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this phone, with the vendor, and the money I saved while still getting one of Samsungs top phones of last year. I'm hoping to get 2-3 good years of usage at least

Battery life is as expected from the modern phones. If you use it a lot you need to charge it a lot. I can likely get a day out of it on a single charge if I use it sparingly. I ha e tried cheaper phones In the past and I can only say that you get what you pay for... The discount is not worth the hassle with cheaper brands and lower models.

Personal use. It is an amazing cell phone, an outstanding cell phone. Expensive, but well worth every bit of money spent on it.the very best cell phone made. There is absolutely no comparison to any other cell phone that is currently made. I am extremely happy with my choice!

I got the phone earlier and was in perfect condition. Everything came in the box (brand new phone, earphones, charger, etc.) I got the USA AT&T version which is cool and it's unlocked so you don't have to worry about your cell company. Just make sure your phone company is GSM not CDMA.

After move all my data from old phone to new Galaxy S10+, I found it it is used. When I purchased the box was new and sealed but after one day of using the phone, I found it is used under the name of Lucio and Lucio checked Youtube to learn French Language. I am also wondering that this phone is Genuine Samsung Galaxy S10+ or not. I don't want to return because I already moved all my data and gave my old phone to others.

This phone is a bomb. Love the color love fit. This phone is just my new love. The dual sim works best for me because I work outside to US time to time, therefore I can have 2 sims in this beautiful phone. The shipping time was good (in 2 days).

Biometrics still needs some work. Notably improved over the s9+. Sensitivity to changes in skin cause fingerprint reader to not recognize imprint. Wash your hands, use a lotion, get dry skin from working in the yard; doesn't matter, any subtle change to the skin from when you scanned it seems to interfere with the function. Safe, I guess, but annoying. I've tried two separate fingers and thumbs; I've tried rescanning 2 times since, but it is only a 2:3 chance at best that it will work for me. Probably good for security, because I can use it for financial account log-ins. But generally, just don't forget your pattern, and all is well. I've also noted some hang time on some apps while functioning. Have not been able to determine cause--could be McAfee security software, which is intrusive, even on laptops (my opinion). I use the dual chip functionality, but find the chip disengages after awhile of nonuse. I have to pop the tray and reset it for the chip to reengage. Quite annoying. Don't know if it is unique to my phone, or if it is unique to the particular service chip I use from Ukraine. When in Ukraine or other countries, it seems to stay engaged, so it must be something in the USA network that cuts it off. The positives--the battery gets me through the day -- the model s10 has a smaller battery than the s9, and was totally inadequate, even for moderate use. Had to return it. The s10+ seems smaller than it is. I find it easier to manage than te s9+, though specs say it is bigger; but, doesn't feel like it. Phone comes with a good clear cover that has protected my phone on more than a couple of drops, despite its thin profile (which I love). Fast charge is great. Camera, I don't use as much as I could, but it has many new features that can provide more refined photots, but it takes time to learn how and when to use them, just like any device.

This phone IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH AMERICAN CELLULAR ACCOUNTS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE A VERIZON ACCOUNT it will give you so so many problems and you wont be able to send MMS messages its bizarre and I've been told its directly due to the phone it is not completely open to cellular providers like it claims. Do NOT purchase if you are a Verizon user or have any other US phone company you will regret it

El teléfono llegó en tiempo y forma, con el cargador nacional, así como el Software para México, por lo que se puede usar Samsung Pay sin problemas. La pantalla es de lo mejor que hay en teléfonos, tiene un buen brillo y la definición y nitidez es de lo mejor que hay en estos momentos. La cámara aunque no es la mejor que hay en el mercado es bastante buena y funciona de maravilla. El reconocimiento facial es es algo deficiente, pero funciona la mayoría del tiempo, es un aspecto que podría mejorar. El Software ,no termina de agradarme porque el dispositivo tiene demasiadas características que muy probablemente no uses y termina consumiendo un montón de RAM, además no hay forma cómoda de bloquear las aplicaciones con S Secure, como en otras versiones. En su lugar se usa el Secure Folder, pero no termina de agradarme. En general un buen producto si estás buscando un gama alta a un precio menor de 20,000.

Tengo 2 semanas usando el celular, llego antes de tiempo, soy muy fan de la marca samsung y no me queria perder la oportunidad de tener este s10+, vengo de un galaxy s9+ y si se nota un gran cambio en los dispositivos si son muy minuciosos lo notaran, en cuanto a la compra tenia mis dudas ya que siempre compro mis celulares en la shop de la marca pero no me defraudo ademas que lo pude conseguir a un precio menor y obtuve de regalo una memoria de 128gb , no he tenido ningun problema hasta la fecha espero seguir asi. Ire actualizando conforme vaya usandolo.

Recomiendo este teléfono si lo encuentras en una oferta abajo de los $15,000 MXN, en todos los aspectos es muy bueno y sobresale en su competencia en su año.

Acabo de recibir el telefono y por lo visto todo bien, en perfectas condiciones, solo que no me llego con cargador para usar en mexico, no se si haya sido un error de paqueteria, intentare contactar con el vendedor
