Item arrived in a battered cardboard box already assembled and had clearly been heavily used. At first I thought I had made an error and purchased a second hand item. The frame had dents in it, the wheels were heavily worn and it was generally quite unstable. It looked as if it had been well used over a long period of time. I contacted the company who confirmed that I should have recieved a brand new product and according to their records I had. I obvioulsy sent it back and a full refund was issued on return, though they refused to accept it was not brand new and claimed the wearing of the wheels was due to some minimal use in the factory. As the refund had been issued I didn't really argue, I frankly no longer cared and had bought another one from Argos anyway. However this explanation was complete and utter nonsense.The only positive I can mention was the immediate refund on return of the product.

I like it because it arrived assembled. It is good and light weight.
