Great vitamin D supplement, 2 a day got me back into normal Range and boosted my energy a lot. Easy to swallow, small capsules. Only complaint is the lid hinge breaks very easily.

Drs best is the best brand of supplements i have found and my own dr recommended these as well. I recommend using this with the magnesium glycinate as well. No stomach issues with these as I have with other supplements. I found I felt a difference in just a few weeks.

I have been purchasing vitamin d supplements for the vast majority of my adult life. As someone with fibromyalgia and who lives in Northern New England, vitamin d is kind of essential. I've been wasting so much money, same exact product, significantly less money than I have been spending. The size is good, no taste to speak of unless you are the type of person who just lets soft gel supplements melt in your mouth, which is weird but you do you. The only bummer is it is July and it's humid every single day so getting them out of the bottle takes a little bit of a beating, and getting them out of my pillbox well, sometimes let's just say I don't take my vitamin d because I think I got it out, that find it stuck there when I go to refill the box. But that's a self gel thing, and really no reflection on this product at all.
