Save your money
This was worth maybe $30. Girlfriend did not lose any weight. Did not reduce heartburn symptoms. Did not reduce gastrointestinal issues. Did not reduce phlegm. Did not give me more energy. Did not make me feel better. Followed the instructions and dietary plan: no dairy, no gluten, no stimulants (including coffee!) and I did not feel any different after the 21 days were up.
