Good and easy to use
These are good and easy to use but they need to come with an applicator

Been using these for15+ years
Prescribed by my naturopath. I halve the 2xPlus oval, and the pkg lasts a month. Used to use a patch. This is the equivalent but its "all-natural" and "Free of parabens, fragrances, and dyes"

Work Well
These are controlling the cramps I had been experiencing. My only complaint is how strong the cocoa butter smells. It's not bad but be prepared. Also, storing in the refrigerator or freezer is a must. They are too soft at Texas room temperature for easy insertion. Already have set up recurring delivery. If you are experiencing GSM, give these a try (with a pantiliner in place.)

Great buy
No burning, no itching, moisturizes the tissues, a little messy so wear a pad and you smell like a Hershey's kiss. I'm 54, had my uterus removed at 41 (avoid hair relaxers) due to fibroids. Have been dealing with dryness for a decade, this is a game changer and I plan to continue to use it. My mood and sleep are slightly improved but the sexual discomfort is gone.

I've been using this product for almost 2 years now. I noticed a difference within the first few weeks. I also love the cocoa butter smell and feel.

Caused yeast infection
Used 1/2 of a single little insert just to test it and it caused a yeast infection. So these are not for me.

Excellent product
Post menopause, I was experiencing vaginal dryness and urinary discomfort. These suppositories were recommended by my ND, and they have solved all of my problems. I am very happy with the product. I find that 1/4 to 1/2 an oval daily works great for me and decreases daily cost. It's a bit tricky to soften them so that I can cut them, and it's not very precise, but it works. (I've been using them for about a year and I find that I have needed to increase the amount over time.) It would be nice if the company would make a smaller oval, maybe half the current size.
