Very happy with the purchase. The two replacement cable came fast and installation took a little more than planned because my Latch has a smaller hole for the hook. I didn’t need to replace the whole system but the cable only.I use my drill to make a bigger hole. 2 min later the installation was complete.Now I got an extra cable just in case I need one in the future. I’m happy with my purchase.

Replaced a manufacturers plastic handle pull that had snapped. Fairly easy to retro fit to our couch. Local furniture store had closed so decided to try this instead of buying a new couch. Works great. All pieces were included and arrived timely.

These were a direct fit for the recliner lever that broke on my one year old couch. These levers are a direct replacement and are made of metal, which should last the life of the furniture. The new cable clipped right in on the other end, and the recliner again functions like it should. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I am a 64 year old woman and was able to replace my sofa handle easily . They are very well made and they seem sturdy.

Watched a Youtube video on how to install this and it was so easy! You probably don't even need to watch a video. If you just watch carefully on how it is installed originally, you just follow the same path, but the video did show how to easily take out a clip and reinstall it.

These pull handles do not fit all recliners. They are metal and seem well made but they were too big to fit in the recliner. The seller refunded me immediately with no questions asked. I gave 5 stars for the high level of customer service.

Product was easy to assemble and install into my recliner. Definitely a better and more cost effective option vs purchasing a new recliner.
