Been taking these for years, haven't signed up for the auto-fill but should to get discounts.What can you say about a zinc supplement? It always arrives quickly and I try and buy as many of my supplements as I can from Nature's Bounty.

I wasn't going to say anything, but I change my mind.As far as a Zinc Tab goes, it does its job, but man this tab starts to breakdown as soon as it hits your tongue. That makes it hard to swallow, and sometimes, if you don't get enough water with it, it willfeel like it sticks in your throat. Now, you may not call that a deal breaker, but it started to bother me when even when I took it with other tabs & caps, it would be the only troublesome one in the batch I swallow. So, just be aware that this is NOT coated and starts to resolve immediately, and I mean immediately. That can be a plus for some, but a killer for others, so take note. But remember,It does work well once down the gullet though.

This thing kicks ass I took it when I first received it nothing bad. After day 3 my body started to feel like puking so I’m assuming I obtain enough zinc??? Over all I have not gotten really sick. Also it can be god!
