Great mag pouch
Never had a problem with these coming out or the button popping off like some people. You just need to adjust your tension screw tighter and slide it on your belt instead of take it off and button it. This holster is great for people who were former military and are used to magazines facing upward and exposed for quick reload. Also has a sleek design feel to it.

Decent Mag Pouch
Excellent magazine pouch. Works well with a 1.75” belt (not 2”). I ordered this for work and found out it doesn’t fit my 2” duty belt, but that is ok because the quality fit and finish are exactly as I expected from Safariland. I will be ordering a 1.75” duty belt from Bianchi to pair with it. My 1.75” inner belt fits this item perfectly and it can be worn independent of the duty belt for an EDC pouch when rocking minimal kit. This pouch paired with a quality holster and handcuff pouch work well for a minimalist belt kit.

Super-High Quality, Heavy-Duty, Attractive and Functional
The Safariland Duty Gear double magazine carrier is high-quality (which makes sense, since it is a Safariland brand product). Leather is thick and heavy-duty while being highly finished and attractive. Button snaps on the back are heavy-duty and it's easy to snap on and off the belt. Retention screw ads functionality for fitting magazines from different manufacturers. Carries my 10-round, 15-round and 17-round double stack, Glock mags perfectly. It could be a little more compact, but that would result in several features that I like being removed (the retention screw and the heavy-duty, thick leather). So, all in all, this is a top-notch EDC magazine carrier and even works well for concealed carry. When I purchased it I got it for less than $20, which I think was a really good deal. All in all, I am very happy with this product.

Holds magazines OK but is a pig to get on and off (when new)
This holds magazines fine and has a adjustment screw for the tension. What lets it down are the two poppers which fix it to the belt. They are so hard to pop on and off it takes considerable effort and contortion to mount it on your belt. Update: After many iterations of putting it on and taking it off it has loosened up enough that I'd bump the star rating from 3 to 4. The tension screw has a tendancy to back out over time but is easy to tighten back up. I guess some locktite would fix it.

It works
Exactly what I needed to carry two extra Glock 19 magazines. Works very well.

Poorly designed
Purchased after our department went to the Glock 17. Soon noticed that the pouch would come undone and the mags would tilt forward--away from my duty belt. I figured that that was the way that it was designed and so I stopped using it when I should have returned it. I looked at it closer today and it appears that it was assembled wrong. The snaps that hold it onto my duty belt appear to be directional--in other words, they SHOULDN'T come unsnapped if the mag pouch is tilted forward away from the belt. HOWEVER, I think that the snaps were attached upside down meaning that it is very easy for the pouch to become unsnapped and fall away from the belt especially when there are two fully loaded mags. After reading other reviews, it appears that others have had the same issue. Recommend that you do not purchase or at least don't be slow in returning if you do.

No good for concealment
I bought this hopefully to conceal some magazines. In this front, I'd say it failed spectacularly. No matter what I tried, it's pretty obvious I'm carrying something there even with a light jacket on. May conceal better with a heavy jacket but there's not that many days that warrant heavy jackets where I live. Plus with my belt it's extremely tough to get the buttons to snap in place sometimes since I'm using a really rugged thick carry belt. Other than that it seems like a quality magazine pouch. Just failed to do what it advertised to do. I may use it at the range or something.

Great Magazine holder.
Probably my favorite mag holder. Has a tension screw you tight to make sure your mags won’t come out and super easy to put in your patrol belt.
