Works really well and pet-safe
I have an anxious puppy and had lots of pumpkins left over from Halloween so I bought this to add into some pumpkin & peanut butter dog biscuits I made. Mixed it 1:1 with hot water and blended before adding to the mixture. Even though there is only a tiny amount in each biscuit I can really see the difference in my dog when she’s had a couple. Will have to buy some for myself next time and make myself some tea!!!

Only used once so far blended together with Lavender and honey so need to experiment a bit more.

Surprisingly effective sleep remedy
Brewed a teaspoon of this in a mug of hot water for 10 minutes. After drinking half the mug I could definitely feel the relaxing effects. By the time I drank it all I was very ready to go to sleep (this was at 11pm, I have been struggling to get myself to sleep before 3am for a long time). More of a tranquilliser than a relaxant lol. Absolutely going to buy again.

Once you get used to the smell, you find it quite interesting. It does the job, calms and makes you go to sleep. Good quality.

Powdery
I love valerian to make I to a tea, but some of this....a good 50 percent, is so powdery and fine that it just won't be usable unfortunately! 2 stars ONLY because some is usable.
