Mixes well, but foamy -definitely no vanilla ice cream flavor altho since i had COVID, nothing tastes the same - update: i added a cup of ice, almond milk, Splenda liquid 2 squits & plain yogurt which took care of the foam - its smoother with a hint of vanilla not too sweet - will probably buy again -
