This did not work. In bought lots - never having a Saw Palmetto product that didn't work. I made up thousands of capsules. But when I got around to actually using them - nothing. Doubled even tripled the dose and I even got worse.I plan to get it tested, but for now I avoid the white powder. I found the jell capsules with fatty acids seem to work the best, and there are a couple other brands (Sundown & Healthfare) that worked for me - Even the white ones from Horbaach worked ok.

Age had taken its toll, and I was finally about to seek medical attention for my pathetic urine stream. However, over the last 8 months, I used about 1/2 tablespoon of this saw palmetto extract in my coffee, every day. While the improvements occurred very slowly (initially raising questions as to whether or not they were even real), they now amount to an obvious and dramatic difference!

I mix this and my other powdered supplements with yogurt every morning. I got it as a blood thinner. I won[t know if it does me any good as a blood thinner unless I go a few years without another TIA.

I ordered saw palmetto berries extract ..never seen it white and chalky .I'm angry and I'm trying to send it back I've taken these berries before it's misrepresented on the label and I need a refund .

The taste and smell of this saw palmetto powder are barely noticeable, which is a good thing because when you take things in powders you tends to get more taste than you would like.It is difficult to know the exact effect of this saw palmetto supplement because I take it in combination with other supplement powders. It would be difficult to determine which results belong to which supplements. However, I can say that since I have started taking it, the most noticeable thing has been an increased appetite. While it certainly was more enjoyable to have an appetite and the motivation to eat (makes eating more enjoyable), it has resulted in a bit of weight gain. I reduced the dosage of this and the other suspected supplements, and my appetite returned to normal. The other supplements I began taking at the same time include fenugreek and chasteberry, with the goal of feminization or at least an increase hair growth on my scalp. I will update this review at a later date if these results become evident. Although I am happy to receive the numerous other benefits listed on many medical information sites.Ever since discovering BulkSupplements, I buy all my supplements here if it is available. The cost is so much more reasonable. I got so much more for my money and knowing that it is 100% pure means I don't have to try to figure out how much I'm actually getting for what I'm paying. Other supplement sources tend to combine it into blends and fillers and in my opinion that is only a means to dilute the product to inflate their profits. BulkSupplements powders always appear consistent quality, and uniform in color and texture. This gives me confidence in the quality of the source product.

My moms hair kept falling off when she tied it in a bundle and upon releasing a ton of hair would come along with the band. After showering she'd show me a bunch off hair she'd collect afterwards. I too drink it with her because I'm thinning out and have noticed some regrowth; we drink this as tea about 1 teaspoon per gallon and drink it wice a day. Don't take my word for it and don't expect to look like a "chia-Pet" after 1 week, it takes time. Everyone's body is different, it also helps to have a strict diet.
