Blundstone 550 Unisex Chelsea Boots, Premium Water Resistant Leather with a Cushioned Midsole and Elastic Side For Men and Women, Walnut Brown 6 AU

Took a bit to find the right size in this 550 boot, but it was worth finding that right size. I wear an 8.5 in my running shoes and I had bought the equivalent of 8.5 (AU 5.5), but my toe hit the end of the boot. Checked on some of the sizing charts. The most accurate was the chart that gave the length of your foot. I bought this size women's 9 (AU 6) and they are perfect, perfect, perfect!!!! I have wide feet (D) and these have great toe wiggling room and are not tight in the width at all. I am wearing them with thin socks now and my intention is to work up to a thicker sock. I am impressed by the comfort. I did use my own inserts from my running shoes and they are so comfortable. Expensive boot but worth it! It's been a week now and I'm wearing these delicious boots all day long! Love them!!!!

Great boots, but I ordered AU7, not 6 or 4.

The description for these boots says unisex. When picking a size there is not an option to pick male or female for the size. I picked size 7 and received a size 7 for a male. I had to send them back and note that I wanted a size 7 for a female. Unfortunately the shipping is not free so I had to pay an additional $19 to return them.

New Blundstones arrived with light colored stain on toe. Too obvious to be ignored.
