Great for cooking and marinating. I used both for my chicken adobo. The dark soy gives the chicken that nice caramelized color. Love that it comes in large sizes.

Perfect for Filipino Adobo. Larger bottles than I expected!

One of my favorite soy sauces, especially if you're making adobo. That said be careful, it's not package to handle roughness that comes with shipping. The soy sauce was fine, but the vinegar was leaking. The seal on the cap was compromised. I didn't bother returning it because I needed to the soy sauce for pork adobo (I can't get it locally) and wouldn't have time to get it replaced. I just bought a different vinegar brand locally. Next time I won't order it last minute when I need to make a huge amount of food for a party. I didn't want to give less stars because it really is great a product, it just sucks that the way it's packed is less than ideal.

My all time favorite vinegar and soy sauce i use this product daily for all my cooking needs I have tried other brands but I do like the taste of this although I don't have the correct words to adequately explain the slight differences in brands but I do love using this vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, some brown suger and whole black pepper corn and water to cook chicken in crackpot and when done use the meat and sauce from it to make enchiladas whis some chili Verde sauce mixed in them

Economical bundle, soy sauce helped my pancit recipe excel.
