Dark & Lovely Color #384 Light Golden Blonde (Pack of 3)

I don't usually write reviews but I really love this product. (Sorry for not uploading any pics, I love when reviews have pics but I am soooo not up for pics today...anyway). Used this for my first time dying my hair and the instructions were super simple. I am an African American woman with 4a/4b black hair and this lightened my hair and kept my curl pattern. I used the conditioner in the box and it made my hair super soft. I was really worried about damaging my hair because it's not the healthiest and it's naturally very dry but this product was like nothing to my hair. If anything, my hair feels better lol no lie. If you have black or dark brown hair like myself I recommend putting sections of your hair in foil (just regular kitchen foil will do) to help the process otherwise it will take longer than 30 minutes to lighten your hair. I didn't want to keep the product in my hair for longer than the instructions said so I did more than one application to get the color I wanted. It was a slower process (about a week because I didn't want to color back to back) but I think it was better for my hair. Coloring tips: -Don't wash your hair within 48 hours before you color. -Deep condition your hair 1-2 days prior to color to strengthen your hair. -Get sulfate free shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner (I use shea moisture jamacian black castor oil products) -Keep your hair moisturized. I use a leave in conditioner and a little oil to moisturize my hair everyday after coloring and my hair feels great. Hope this review helped yall. ^_^

So so so so worth it. I have dark brown hair and i love how blonde my hair comes out. Warning ⚠️ the longer you keep it on your hair will come out looking orange at first but it wkll fade out a few days than it will come out looking blonde but it came out looking a beautiful blonde on me. I love it. So i just suggest if you have dark hair to just keep a eye on your hair starting 15 mins after you finish adding the dye. You will start seeing results fast, so once you see the results to your liking, you may want to then wash it out.. the longer you leave it in the more blonde your hair will get but the more chances is your hair will get the orange color at first...again that orange color WILL fade after a few days. No need to panic. I been buying #384 since the summer of last year but i noticed Amazon is cheaper than SALLY'S so i just ordered for the first time on here. Same results just much cheaper so I'll definitely will be buying from Amazon instead of SALLY'S. The picture of me is just after a few hair washes. But that's because i was letting it sit for 40 mins. this is the after result once the orange color fades.
