Chose FOX over ENO.
In trying to decide between this and an ENO double nest hammock my wallet won the decision and I went with Fox as it was cheaper. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the hammock. I have used it on 2 backpacking trips and it has been great to carry. The included straps do have a bit of stretch to them; but then again I am a 330lb dude.

6 Foot 230 lbs. and this hammock is complete bliss.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have sept in a hammock before but it was one of those yarn/netting hammocks. Those are very comfortable but these hammocks are AMAZING! I love this hammock. Very easy to set up and everything is included. The included ropes are pre-tied so set up is literally a breeze. It took me under 2 minutes to set it up the very first time and a leisurely pace. I am 230 lbs and this fits me no problem with extra room to cocoon myself. I do want to mention the included nautical ropes have absolutely no stretch even when my wife climbed in. I would not normally consider sleeping with two people in a hammock, I do not even like to sleep being touched on my king sized bed, but i could not believe how comfortable I was when both my wife and I were in the hammock together. I could have easily took a nap or possibly slept over night. Even though this is a larger hammock, it packs up nicely into its connected stuff bag. The hanging ropes fit in there too and everything together is only 1.7 lbs. If you wanted to make this even lighter you could replace the steel carabiners with an aluminum carabiner or just not use one at all. 1.7 lbs is just fine with me though. I will be using this quite often as soon as the 3 feet of snow melt we just got hit with. I may be looking for some walls inside to hang this, it's seriously that comfortable.

Childhood dream....finally have a hammock
I have always wanted a hammock. I used to watch Tom & Jerry cartoons growing up (Jerry is the real villain, Tom is just trying to take a nap) and would dream of lying in a hammock, sipping some lemonade and just swaying in the breeze. Well, it turns out I don't actually like lemonade but I still wanted a hammock anyway. Keep this opening statement in mind as I have no intention of using this hammock for camping. My hammock is strictly used for lounging in the backyard.I moved to Ohio in September and finally have a backyard with some trees in it so I said, "You know what wife? We finally have trees back here, my dream of owning a hammock is finally in my grasp." By the time I finished the sentence she had likely already walked away, having lost interest, but I was not discouraged. I bought this hammock for my birthday after being on the fence about whether to buy this one or the ENO DoubleNest. I wanted to go with the double cuz, well, I'm 220 lbs of "maybe I should cut back on the Oreos and beer" and I wanted to be sure it could actually hold my butt up off the ground. If it could hold both me and the wife up simultaneously, even better.I decided to go with the Fox Neolite for a couple reasons: 1) it actually came with the hanging straps, awesome and 2) it was on a daily deal, sold. I have Prime so it came with the quickness and what luck, it arrived on a Northeast Ohio day where the sun was out and it was warm, how fortuitous. I took the hammock to the back, it was packed in its attached stuff sack and had the straps/carabiners nicely tied together in a very easily undone knot. I set up the straps (they're just ropes with a nylon covering so it doesn't wreck your tree or rope) and...dangit, my trees were too far apart. My wife walked up with some rope as I pouted and then slinked back off to do whatever wives do while husbands act out their childhood fantasies. I "tied" some rope up to make up the distance and voila, the hammock was up. "Tied" is in quotations because, um, I'm not very well-versed in knots. Like an old squad leader once told me though, if you can't tie a knot, tie a lot. With the hammock up, it was time for the test....I slowly sat on it, the trees groaning and crying for having to hold me up...little by little and, hey, I'm not on the ground. I fully lied down and yeah...bliss. Wouldn't you know it, even the wife climbed in and we are still off the ground. When the wife is not in there though then that extra hammock can be pulled over you to act like a canopy, protect me from the "harsh sun" of Northeast Ohio and to also mess with my dogs, "No, I am not in here, no idea what you're talking about dog." Of course the weather turned to crap shortly thereafter but now that it's Spring, hammock weather.I would recommend this product wholeheartedly for anybody who wants a backyard lounger. It is comfortable, easy to set-up, easily fits two, and comes in a variety of colors if that concerns you.

Great Hammock. Good Quality - comparable to ENO but you get more for your $$$
Great Hammock! This is my first one and I really like it. Super easy to set up and take down and it's very spacious. Comfortable with one and two people. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the steel carabiners that come with the product with some other light weight ones but other than that, this hammock is great! The material is breathable which is nice and feels sturdy. The straps have webbing that is like 2 or 3 inches thick which good for the trees. If you hang with rope/no webbing/cushion, you are damaging trees and institutions and parks may start banning hammocks if the trees are being damaged by frequent use.Compared to ENO: My girlfriend has an Eagles Nest Outfitter Double nest. The FOX Outfitters Hammock is a bit longer (which I like personally). As a product I'd say both are comparable. Price wise, the FOX Hammock one wins. The ENO Hammock did not come with straps so we had to buy them which added an extra $20 bucks whereas this FOX Hammock comes with straps. Granted, these straps are not long so I definitely see value in investing in longer ones in the future, however, the fact that it comes with straps at no additional cost is a huge win for me.The last comparison is the built in pouch. Both come with one and you just stuff the hammock in there and it fits quite nicely. The ENO pouch is just big enough for the hammock and nothing else so you end up having to carry two pouches for the hammock and the straps... this is a bit of a pain in terms of easy portability. The FOX pouch fits the hammock AND whatever straps you decide to use so there is no need for an additional pouch which is another win in my book.Overall, quality of ENO vs FOX is comparable and you can't go wrong with either. FOX is a bit longer and comes with straps and the built in pouch holds the hammock and the straps. The ENO does NOT come with straps and straps need to be carried with a separate pouch. You get more for you money with the FOX Outfitters Hammock.10/10 - would buy again.

It. Is. Awesome.
A bit (1-2 years?) late in writing this review --but it just means that I have had a long time to use it and it has withstood the test of time...and use. This is probably one of my favourite spontaneous online purchases. I got it when it was on sale, so that helped a fair bit. However, it was the quality of the product that clinched it for me. The item is well constructed, and as I usually do a bit of product (and by necessity, company) research, it was obvious Fox Outfitters put a bit of passion and pride into their products. And it is immediately clear when you receive the item.I've used this all over the world, from Toronto to Dubai to Malaysia --and it always catches peoples' eyes. Oh, and yah...it's definitely a nice way to start a conversation with other beach-goers on an adventure while backpacking through Asia. Definitely worth a 6th star for that alone. It's also a terrific item to have for spontaneous romance anywhere two trees are near enough to permit it, and if you get one large enough it affords you the option of wrapping it around yourselves like a cocoon if it gets a bit chilly or for privacy. It's great for relaxing with a Kindle on a nice day, again, almost anywhere you can string it up. And, it'll provide you with one of the most consistently great naps you will ever have. The one I ordered very comfortably fits two people, and even our backpacks. Can't praise it enough, highly recommend it. It's inexpensive, well made, and small enough you can take and keep anywhere. Good job Fox Outfitters!

Get one!
Have been using this one all summer and I have to say I love it! It's confortable, big and packs up really small. The included tree straps are really nice to have and make it really easy to setup. The material is really lite so it doesn't get too warm on hot summer days. The little pouch is useful for holing your drink or any small personal item while you're in the hammock. I have to say though that for 2 person, although it is big enough, is not very confortable after a few minutes. I'm not taking a star off for that because that's just how hammocks are, it's not specific to this one. We like it so much that we want to get a second one so we can both use them at the same time :)

... looking at multiple hammock brands and researching what the best would be to purchase
After looking at multiple hammock brands and researching what the best would be to purchase, I finally settled on this hammock because of the cost and good quality hammock straps that it comes with.I strung it up within minutes between two trees. The straps are very durable and it is obvious that it could hold myself and another person. It can be compacted into its pouch, which is smaller than the size of a nalgene bottle.Perfect for summer reading and backpacking.
