Plugged it in to charge when first received, as per the instructions, but haven’t been able to get it to turn on. Have processed for return/refund and will search for an alternative product.

Arrived well packed and quality is great. This device is wonderful to use, I've had another one and I bought this as a gift for my mother but after using it I decided to keep it for myself. The red light is so relaxing and I find it effective and works well with or without oil/serum but I prefer to use it with serum. Now I am going to buy one more for my mother as well. Great buy

I don't know if this is genuinely doing anything to help, but also I don't know that I'm not seeing a difference? Either way, the battery life is brilliant and it's quite relaxing.

I used the product everyday for four weeks, I personally liked using it and did think it gave a slight lifting effect to my face, I particularly concentrated on the Jowl area of my face and felt it was “smoothing” that area.It will not give a permanent lift to the skin and would have to be used daily and consistently to keep up the slight results.I bought during an offer event so for the price I paid I think it was good value for money and would recommend for slight daily freshness to the skin.I have now bought a more expensive brand microcurrent facial toning devicebased on the results of using this.
