Very impressive toy crane. 360 spin, can lift with the hook or bucket (we don’t lift heavy things). It’s 128cm on 3 tiers so it’s not a little toy, it’s got the “wow” factor for the kids. I would definitely recommend. We bought a second battery to avoid any disappointment, but our kids obsessed with it and plays with it all day.

Looks great, is exactly the size and scale expected and seems durable enough given the real physics of such a crane (e.g. attach a heavy weight far out on the boom, its going to topple!). Straight forward to assemble. Easy to disassemble for storage.The remote control is easy to hold and operate by a 4 year old. It resembles a video game controller. There are more buttons than there is functionality, which is a little confusing. The buttons also lack labelling or icons to indicate what they relate to, so while you'll get used to which buttons do what, you generally end up pressing several to get the movement you want. The controller could be much better designed. It doesn't look like was was developed with the crane, just bought in and packaged with it.Sadly the functionality of the crane didn't last very long. Maybe 5 days (worth of play). We've had the crane a few weeks and so outside of the return policy now (doh!). The cable has stopped raising and lowering and the cradle has stopped travelling along the boom. We've recharged the batteries several times to be sure, and all other functions continue (boom rotation, light and sound effects). We've disassembled the cradle to check for tangling of the lift cable or slipped motor gears and all looks clean and good. Very disappointing as I could see it getting a long time enjoyment in all other aspects.

Bought this for my 4 year old and he loves it. We have had one of the cheaper versions which have wired remotes and this is a huge step up. The others constantly came apart and the plastic was very thin and broke. This one is excellent quality and feels really heavy and solid, it's also much bigger and can lift a lot heavier items which my son has already put to the test. Top marks to the seller who answered my questions quickly and it arrived next day.

Santa brought this at christmas and my little boy loved it but it was a nightmare as a parent, the battery life is terrible had to charge twice a day but i got over this as he loved it so much but then the string snapped so I contacted Deao (the compnay taht sells it) they didnt respond so i went to amazon which were very helpful and the deao responded but then again didnt respond to my reaponse so again I went to amazon and they fully refunded me. But trying to explain this to a 4 year old taht just eants to play with his santa toy was heartbreaking, I bought again for a 2nd time as my little boy was covinced santa would fix and send back to him but again I have the same problem with charging and remote frequency sometimes does'nt work I am just waiting on it to stop working again and heartbreak of my little boy again.AVOID if you have a choice and go with another brand!!!

This model Tower Crane is a well engineered piece of equipment. It required a lot of adult input to assemble. However having with assembly complete it will give hours of fun to an 8 year old boy.Small problem - Light on top of operators cabin doesn't illuminate. However compared to the overall excellent functionality this is a prob. that can be ignored.Small Recommendation - The inclusion of a small star head screwdriver would have been a big advantage. This item is required ongoing to give access to the rechargeable battery in the crane cabin.

The construction was easy for an engineer. The battery back for the crane was pre-charged. The remote needed batteries which every parent will have in. Great fun

My son loves this toy but it’s incredibly loud and very temperamental.

Doesn’t charge properly so only works for short time and I’ve contacted them to get replacement battery and charger to see if that works but told it’s not their fault and then try and return it or complain and you go round in circles back to the same page telling you to contact them directly which didn’t work! Flimsy plastic as well for the price you’d have thought it would be a bit more sturdy
