Season 2 and still working. I have another hose reel in the yard and it is a manually rewind. This auto rewind feature is so much nicer. Makes watering a breeze. It was easy to install using their in-ground spike connector. It also has quick connects for attaching the hose. The setup makes it easy to remove for the winter.Overall, this reel has been a reliable and convenient.

Such a great hose and reel. Quality materials and helps stay organized. So nice I bought a second one for my back of house water needs.

Just received it today and so far I really like it. The fact that it comes with an installable drill post is a fantastic addition and getting it into the ground was super simple.I docked 1 star for two reasons:1) For pennies more they could have added in a built in level to the top of the drill post to help get it installed perfectly straight up. I installed mine on a slope so it's definitely a bit tilted by not being able to clearly see my level while using both hands to turn the post in2) it does feel pretty cheap. Even the hose connectors are plastic so I hope this whole thing doesn't fall apart.I'll probably try to remember to revisit this review in a year and would up it to 5 stars if it lasts without any signs of breaking.

Install was so easy! It works like a dream!! I found no leaks at all. I want to buy another for my front yard. It tidied up the hose area.

I absolutely love this! Husband bought it for me. Love how it retracts and I don’t have to kill myself watering my flower beds with heavy hoses and getting tangled up in them anymore!!!

I am so disappointed. I ordered a new product, but it arrived with a damaged box. I didn’t think much of it at first because it was a rainy day, but when I opened up the packaging the stake was covered in dirt and some of the pieces were missing or damaged (scuffed, dirty, etc). If I’m not able to find replacement parts for the items that are missing, I may need to return it. Clearly it has been purchased and returned before. I was looking forward to this so much and receiving a used and dirty one was a gross surprise. :/
