It is good but takes a while adjusting to it.

I used time ago the lotion of Minoxidil and it was very itchy. So far the foam es more difficult than a lotion but less side effects, no itching.

I've not used it religiously but I try to use it a few times a week. I also use a rosemary oil mix before shampooing once a week but again I'm bad with habits so not always. I also don't use much heat and I get my hair done professionally now instead of bleaching myself. All that said I really do believe this moose has helped. I did have iron and vitimin deficiency which has caused my hair loss but I can't take iron as it makes me really poorly. Much more growth around my hairline too. I put it on my parting when it's damp and leave to dry or blow dry. It can give u headaches st first but they go away.

This product did not work for me and made my head very sore and tender. I did persevere, but finally gave up after just over 3 months.

Post menopause and a period of severe stress, the hair around my parting and across the top of my head was thinning at an alarming rate. My scalp is no longer showing through and my hair looks much thicker. I put it on last thing at night, it's really easy to use and has saved me endless anxiety. Stick with it through the scary first few weeks, it'll be worth it!
