Damaged/missing cartridges
OSI Quad sealant is a great product which I've used for years. Ordered five cartridges but only received four. The four cartridges received were dented and the plastic tips broken off two of the cartridges. Making them pretty much unuseable as I can not put them in the caulk gun nor being able to us for caulking edges. The ones with broken tips I sliced the cartridge open to put sealant on door jambs being installed with a putty knife.

Old caulk
Age of caulk dated 15 used half tube had blowback in gun had to order another never had problems with osi before and I've use 100s of osi over years
