A+++ I use this chair at least once a day. Great functions and a great price ! Lots of rollers and air bladders. I love That this goes all the way under the buttocks. Rollers in feet are strong. I’ve tried several in a popular store in the mall and this one stands up to them .Only con I have been told by my 6’1son is that the leg extenders ease back up after extended but it doesn’t bother him .

We're overall happy with the chair. Here are our pros and cons. Pros- 1) Gives a really good full body massage. 2) First massage chair I've tried that doesn't squeeze my calves too hard. 3) Love the small amount of space it needs to operate. 4) Love the Zero gravity position - it helps sink the body further into the massage. Cons - 1) Menu is tedious if you want to select manual and go through all the items (wished there was a memory or save feature). 2) Auto feature doesn't seem to let you adjust some things like intensity. It'll adjust for a second then goes back to default auto. Some auto features squeeze our hip area a tad too hard.

I did a lot of research before buying this massage chair. I was replacing my 20-year-old shiatsu massage chair. What influenced my decision, was the build durability, variety of auto programs, zero gravity, heat, and the build for tall people. We are 5-11 and 6-3. The auto programs vary in type and intensity, and we have established our favorites. I love the optional heat feature for my back. You can stretch your legs out much of the time, but you would have to hold them out to stay out. I find the relaxed position quite comfortable. We found the chair fairly easy to move into the house after delivery. It arrived well packaged! Upon inquiry, the company provided us with photo instructions for removal of chair sides, as it was too wide to get through the door. The narrative and pictures could have been a bit clearer for understanding, but we worked it out. There is a plastic knob on the upper inside portion of each side that has a squeeze button for proper removal, not mentioned. We are quite happy with the comfort of the chair and its features; we use it almost daily.

Not what was promised. Was not put in our room Rude delivery people. Very sad 😢 it beats up your Feet! Does not have a good remote!! Not happy With chair. I would give this a F-

I researched for a long time and ended up spending more than I wanted on this one. With it being a new model, I was hoping they took into account all the issues the previous models had. It was easy to set up, even though instructions are a little vague. I found it easy to work the remote. The foot massage does beat your feet up, easily solved by socks. There is no neck massage and the air bags on your arms just flatten your arms. There is no massage on your legs at all. Also no neck massage. While the foot rest would extend for a taller person, I found it creeping back up so my knees were bent and raised in a somewhat uncomfortable position. I decided to return it after giving three different settings a try. There is a yoga and stretching mode but the chair will not do yoga or stretching. In fact the three I tried worked all very similar. If you are reading this, please pass and try a different one.

Positives - Nice chair with a lot of features modes. - Foot massager is very nice (but make sure you set the strength on it, it can be quite strong for some people like my wife) - Nice leather - Customer service (at Relaxon corp) was very helpful Issues - Chair is really wide (>33") so beware of how you are going to get it into the house and especially the room you need it in. It fit through my front door, but not into my office, so I had to call to get instructions on how to remove both sides. While it appears easy, it is not. You have to work in really tight places on the arms. Also, I don't know when it happened but one side just popped off when I removed the mounting bolts (supposed to have to release a pin with a catch button) and I could not get it back on. Had to get replacement part mailed to me. - I wish it had more modes or a programmable mode. It is very hard to get it to just concentrate on a specific part of the body (like lower to mid back). You have to put it in "manual mode" then "full body" then select "partial body" when it is around the place you want it. My favorite mode is "relax" program or just the general "knead" function. Ignornance issue that makes me mostly wish I hadn't bought the chair - I am used to human massages. This comment probably applies to all chairs. It didn't occur to me that the "normal" pain I was feeling wasn't the pain of working out a knot, but the pain of a hard roller directly on a vertebrae or tail bone. The first time I used it, I used minimal cushioning and was bruised for 3-4 days and couldn't use it during that time. You have to play with the width position (or it hits right on your scapula) and amount of cushion you put on the chair (comes with 2-3 layers depending upon the spot. Unfortunately, to make it not hurt you, you end up with a mild massage, that is comforting but not really a "massage". It doesn't really work anything out. This is especially true for the head/neck area where I have to use the full big head cushion because the raw rollers are way too rough and gave me a headache. Knowing all of this, I am not sure I would have bought a chair, but it is fairly nice relaxation device. It does NOT replace human massages, however.

Great chair. Beware that Amazon delivery is just to front door. The handyman service may charge extra to place the chair and assemble. Amazon staff told me the delivery crew would bring it in the house and place it for me. This was not true. We love the chair, will order directly from manufacturer next time for the ‘white glove’ service. Suspect this delivery experience would be true with any massage chair purchased with Amazon.

There are things that are not "up front". Like after the purchase you receive a disclaimer that if you are old, if you have heart problems, medical devices and such"you should not use this chair". However if you just shelled out $2.5K what are you supposed to do. I answered that by using it . It takes several weeks to learn how to operate it to get the best response, however once you do it is well worth it. Both my wife and I use it every day.
