This was a Christmas present to my son and he absolutely loves it. It takes some work and time to assemble, but it’s well worth it! Great quality, and the perfect size especially for multiple kids.

first off, the kids love it. We have a 2 and 10 year old boys. This was more for the 2yo but the 10yo has enjoyed it also. The playground is sturdier than i was expecting. i climbed all over it during assembly. i am about 190# and everything held up just fine. originally, we were gonna make our own but slides are expensive by themselves and it was more cost effective to buy a bundled package. Some of the structure is smaller than i would have made it out of but holds up well. it took me and my 10yo (2) weekends to put together working most of the day on saturday and sunday afternoons. The system fit together nicely and the instruction booklet was awesome with giving the part # for the pieces and also a to-scale image of the hardware required. my wife would come and help some as well; this was very helpful with getting the roof on the system since my 10yo couldnt really help lift. We used (2) drill motors and (1) impact wrench to help speed up the process. issues: The hardware was some of the issue that we had. several bags of hardware didnt have the deck screws segregated by size and you would have all different sizes mixed together which was annoying when trying to get the correct screws installed. Some of the hardware was missing and had to make a trip to Lowe's; all out $10 for the stuff missing, which isnt so bad when you think of how many pieces are coming. overall, very pleased with product so far. if anything changes, i will update the review. I dont usually leave reviews, but thought i would for the dollar value.

Shipment came with missing pieces , plus extra pieces. Monkey bars are completely different stain that the rest. Some hardware was in ziplock bags with ziplock written on them ( hmmm). Luckily I have lots of hardware that I wound up having to use. The boxes of parts are all mixed up which take forever to go through to see if you have it all. I had a Birthday party to get a swingset together for or I would have 100% sent this back. Some parts look used as oppose to new.

I read the reviews and was prepared for al of the small parts. It would have been better if the screws and nuts were labeled, there are a lot to keep up with. We sealed the wood as it rains a lot and want to use this set for years, a clear seal is good as the wood is already stained. Take time out to make sure you have ALL of the screws and nuts, like I said there are a lot and separating them by size helped tremendously. This is definitely a two person weekend project. Pay attention to instructions, it can be a headache if one part is done wrong and you have to start over. We were missing some items, but I call customer service during Covid-19 and the nicest person called me back, real person, orders the missing parts and shipped them to me. Excellent customer service experience.

This is beautiful in the yard and the kids love it. I suggest buying it built because finding and paying someone to put it together is a whole nother deal. It wasnt easy to put together by any means.

The product arrived with multiple missing pieces and extra random parts. Many of the wooden structural pieces were bent upon arrival, making squaring up the structure nearly impossible. I had to improvise to make this unit safe for my children to use. Really disappointed based on the price paid. Was expecting a quality product.

Hello, single mom of 4 here. I put this together all by myself! Here are some tips I wish I would have done. This will save you a lot of time. Open ALL the boxes, sort all the logs by size and by what holes are drilled in them, Get bowls or baggies to separate all your screws and bolts, label the sizes! Se bags come with multiple sizes in them so it'll save you time just to organize everything before you start! Once you have every laid out and organized assbly will be easy! It would have saved me a lot of time if I would have opened all box at first instead of each box at a time. I recommend having 2 people assemble this if you can. It is very difficult by yourself. But I am go doer and can do a lot by myself. Plus no to help so there's that too. You won't regret buying this! I havealways wanted one of these as a kid and never got one so now my kids have one and we all can enjoy it!
