I'm not sure if refills come with the pens, but refills are definitely available for them from Amazon. My wife loves these for her arthritic hands.

Is there an all plastic version? The rubber grip always stretches out of shape.

I don’t know if there is an all plastic version. I have never had the rubber grip stretch out of shape.

Which refills should I buy?

Any "Parker-style" refills will work; however, for people with arthritis, I recommend the Monteverde P-15 super-broad Soft Roll.
