Life changing!!!
If you are SICK of being sick this is for you! I started this program based on my doctor’s suggestion. It works!
My wife was diagnosed with both fibromyalgia and Lupus and was experienced significant body aches and discomfort. A friend mentioned this book to my wife, and she decided to follow the advice and completely switched her diet to the recommended products. We were both surprised when after 2-weeks her body aches disappeared. We recently went on a 15-day tour in Turkey where she had to go off diet, and to answer that question in both or our minds, the body aches and feeling bad returned. It took several weeks to get back on course but there is no doubt in our minds that if you follow Dr. Brooke Goldner's advice, it does alive the symptoms of this terrible disease.

An excellent addition to your library
This doctor explains how her protocol can help with eliminating auto immune diseases. She herself healed from one and it is an incredible story. I tried to follow her protocol on my own, but the best way is to actually join her group to get her one-on-one assistance. It is costly and that is why I haven't done that yet. Her videos show her full of energy. Many you can view on YouTube. She has immense passion for what she does. It is great to see another avenue for those of us who suffer from autoimmune diseases. She is very credible and is on a mission to help others heal. Bless this woman!

Where’s the protocol?
I am a huge fan of Dr. G’s and wanted to purchase a book to learn the actual protocol for disease reversal. The back of the book states several bullet points of things one will get from this book, the first two being “the 6 steps to reversing autoimmune disease with supermarket food” and “how to get relief from pain, brain fog, inflammation, and chronic fatigue,” and the rest of the bullet points noted how to change your mindset, stopping self-sabotage, make healthy into a habit, and case studies. I was mostly looking to learn the first two points-the HOW. Unfortunately when I received the book and started reading through it I quickly realized that this book does not contain any actionable protocol at all. It’s mostly an emotional self-help book to make changes into a habit, which is great if that’s what you need. I wanted the “6 steps.” I have rarely been this disappointed with a book purchase.

Good Self-Help While Doing The Rapid Recovery Program
This book is a combination of psychology self-help for mindset and coping - which is especially helpful when going through or contemplating doing the Rapid Recovery protocol on your own - and about a dozen case studies of people who were successful in alleviating their symptoms and disease markers. A few chapters had 'journal prompts' that were also helpful re the mindsight regarding food and nutrition. As others have said, there are some editing issues but that wasn't distracting to me. A few critical reviews say that Dr. Goldner should not be promoting her services, but that seems so odd to me. She gives SO much information away for free that you can find on youtube or her websites but, hello, people need to make money somehow. If someone is struggling and not able or willing to do the Rapid Recovery protocol on their own, then yes invest in other services she offers. I don't know of many physicians who give so much of their knowledge away for free, so the critiques like this on Dr. Goldner seem sexist, unfortunately.

Esta doctora es muyy buena pero al estar el libro en inglés, cuesta de entender los testeminios, MI inglés no es muy excelente así que lo tengo peor casi no lo he podido leer. Si no sabes inglés a buen nivel mejor no lo compres.
