Great pancakes and low sugar!
If you are following an eating plan, the keto macros fit perfectly into a few popular supervised diet plans. Pancakes have a great taste, texture, mix and cook easily. And cost effective when compared to other packaged/monitored low sugar eating plans boxes. I have built these into my maintenance eating plan and look forward to blueberry pancakes as well as ProtiDIET oatmeal.

I like the taste of the protein pancake and the fact that it is satisfying and only 120 calories.

Overall, I like this product. I make waffles with it. The texture is great, and it tastes good enough. However, it could get so much better without the artificial flavor and sweetener (sucralose). I believe it is unnecessary and hope they keep the formula without artificial flavor and sucralose.

The Pancakes Take Too Long To Be Delivered
The pancakes are good. I really enjoy them, but I don't understand why they take two weeks to be delivered.

Taste good. Easy to make. Love the protein. Used my mini electric griddle. Will buy again.

Fairly good
I used this mix to make muffins. I used two packages, a little less water than the package called for. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes in a Minni muffin tin. I used a paper muffin cups, don't do that. It kind of "baked" into the muffin and I couldn't get it all off. They were good for "diet" low carb. I like the muffins so I can eat throughout the day and not all at once. Good to have a snack with you if you are on the go.
