These are a really nice set of slides. They are a good size and hold hair well, even my thick wavy hair is kept tidy. I mostly use these to either pin the sides of my hair up, get my fringe out of my eyes and keeping the sides of my hair tidy when putting in a bun. They are well made and nice colours. If you want to just get your hair off your face in the heatwave we have just had, these clips are idea. I definitely recommend them.

Only 6cm long and the hair holding area is 4cm. Perfect for my fine old hair! I am very pleased with these and wish I could get the same small size in other colours.

Brilliant value. Perfect for what I wanted, clipping back smallish swathes of fine hair without having bulky clasps sticking out. Quality spring.

The mini hair barrettes are quite small and feel a bit flimsy, but they do the job if you’re looking for cheap hair clips. They’re suitable for decorating or sectioning hair, but I’m not sure how well they would hold up with really thick hair. Overall, they’re decent for the price, but don’t expect them to be super sturdy.

So small, can hardly clip any hair in. 1st one broke!

I saw these and didn’t expect much for the price, but at this price it’s worth a try. They came super fast and I have to say, I’ll be ordering more. They are smaller than my others and I’m happy for that, because I wanted them for a smaller portion of hair. It works perfectly well and holds nicely. Obviously you have to be sensible with expectations, you can’t expect a small clip to hold a huge amount of thick hair, but just holding back an average amount and staying shut, it does the trick. These types of clips are harder to get these days, for some odd reason, so I’m happy to have found some that work well and are fairly priced. I’m happy with them anyway.
