These really helped with my IBS symptoms and were very easy to take and I had no side effects. I could feel the difference and they definitely helped relieve my IBS symptoms and reduce my bloating.

My wife had major surgery twenty years ago where her intestines were removed and a small a out of the tissue was formed into an internal pouch. She has taken healthy bacteria mixtures since and was prescribed VSL3 until the national health deemed this to be too expensive and forced thousands of people to buy the very expensive product. I searched for alternatives and finally found a reliable product in these capsules and have subscribed for a couple of years now. The service is very reliable and the product keeps my wife's pouch healthy and limits the risk of a serious condition named pouchitis which is an agonising condition, so we cannot praise this product enough. I use the capsules when I have an upset stomach and they settle it quickly and I've decided to start taking these regularly myself and will amend the subscription to two boxes a month. Do yourself a favour even if you are ultra fit these capsules will enhance your health and wellbeing.
