Shoe tree works great. Solid craftsmanship. Beautifully fragrant cedar. And they had a size that truly fits my size 17 shoe. Said it was intended for size 16, but there is enough tension in the shoe tree to expand strongly to a size 17. From the feel of it... i imagine size 18 or even 19 would be within the range of this shoe tree. After seeing how much tension was left, i wish i would have bought the split-toe. Not that there is anything wrong with the solid shoe trees. They are great! Only that they would have worked due to these realized aspects. I debated the split toe originally, but with my shoe trees in the past... if there is not adequate tension and/or the shoe tree is too short... you are simply left with a slenderer fore-foot and no "juice" to make the split-toe expand. Anyway... great product! Smells great! Works great. And feels very solid and strong. Will definitely purchase again.

I have had other shoe trees, but the Stratton cedar shoe trees are the best. Well worth the price and keeps shoes looking sharp!

These are very nice and work well

I bought an expensive pair of boots recently — the kind that might last a lifetime. However, shoes may only last a lifetime if you treat them well. And the biggest part of that is using shoe trees to keep the shape right — especially wooden ones that will wick away moisture. These really are of superior quality — and not that expensive compared to other brands of likely inferior quality. They are so nice as smooth, and they’ll end up saving you money by making your shoes last! These smell a lot like cedar, which is nice, though it seems like it was added after. For me this is neither a plus nor a minus, but if you’re sensitive to scent, it’s something to keep in mind. These are amazing — definitely a huge upgrade to the plastic ones I had for my shoes before. Now my boots, fancy sneakers, and dress shoes (the only footwear I own) are well taken care of!

Shoe trees in general are a good investment. I have high quality work dress shoes that I purchased for my first job after college. I have had to have them re-soled multiple times because the uppers have lasted so long. Shoe trees make all the difference. I only have to buy more because my shoes never wear out and I need more shoe trees for new shoes. These particular shoe trees are well built with the perfect amount of spring strength. Not too loose (would not maintain the shoes) and not too strong (would be difficult to work with). Looking forward to many years of use.

They're good! For the price I couldn't find anything else and I needed a bunch of them quickly. The spring squeaks when putting them in the shoe and they seem to keep the shoe balanced with moisture but dry if that makes sense, which is why you buy Cedar, but otherwise they're fine.

Muy buen producto aunque difiere un poco la presentación, sí vienen marcados y el acabado en general es muy bueno, le faltan los herrajes, y el empaque fué muuy básico, bubble wrap y bolsas de nylon con cinta adesiva, me gustan mucho, sí las volvería a comprar, son funcionales y el aroma de la madera está increible, traen su lija para "reavivar" ese aroma. Las recomiendo!!

These shoes tree smell really nice, in a strong being in the woods right after a rain kind of way. The cedar smell is strong. Fits well. The package came way faster than I expected! Highly recommend.
