It appears to do the job.
this door lock assembly was easy to install according to a video I watched. All the parts and connectors were good quality But most of all it works, first time every time. The price was excellent and after several weeks it is doing everything it is supposed to do. Great product for the price!

Great Customer Service
I ordered this part for my 2009 Escalade. Several months after installing it. The part started to slowly malfunction. I contacted the seller and they were so nice to deal with. I highly recommend this part from this seller if you need a lock actuator. Thank you Yunstal.

Works for me
Restored use at a fraction of oem cost and saved hundreds doing it myself. It is tricky getting everything out and then installing the new one, but there are videos on youtube showing how to do it. It takes a few tools you may have to purchase but they aren't expensive, and who doesn't like having tools when you need them.

After 4 months quit working
I installed this in my 07 GMC Sierra. Installation was not easy, however it has been performing flawlessly since I put it in. I think its been about a month now, I'll update if anything changes but so far so good. Update 02/08/19, this trash cost me $78.59 back in October of 2018 when I ordered it, that was the price at that time. It abruptly, without warning, and completely quit working on Wednesday 02/6/19. I am very disappointed not only because I wasted 78.59, but because now I will have to go through the hassle of replacing this part all over again and it is very difficult to get to. Amazon does not sell this OEM part, and this was the sole reason for my ill fated purchase of a non-GM part. It was time consuming and difficult to replace this part and after just 4 months I am having to replace it yet again. This no name brand part completely quit working, it wont do anything, not a sound. I opened the door yesterday to verify that it wasn't something else and before placing the order for the actual GM replacement part from gmpartsdirect. I will never again buy any part for my truck from Amazon if they don't offer the genuine GM replacement. I wouldn't pay 10 dollars for this part because it will quit working on you and it is extremely difficult to replace. I contacted the seller who responded that they were "sorry" the part they sold me quit working and referred me back to Amazon. After years of reliable service from the original part, through many hot Houston summers, and through over a decade of locking and unlocking the vehicle since 2007, I barely got 4 months from this trash during the coolest part of the year. The original continued to somewhat work even when I replaced it. This thing on the other hand has completely quit. Trash, dont waste your time or money. I am very disappointed. ::FURTHER UPDATE:: In a last ditch effort, I did contact Amazon. I did not think Amazon was liable in this situation however they did ultimately take care of my problem. It was Amazon, and not the seller who covered this worthless product. THANK GOD for Amazon, what an amazing company. DO NOT BUY THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT, that's my recommendation based on my experience with it.

Prone to freezing, Yellow/Orange connector is not a good fit.. otherwise, a good unit.
Update 1/2022: about 2.5 years later, the actuator has twice become inoperative in sub-freezing temps. Once the car warms up, it works fine. Dropped to 3 starts. Do not Recommend. Connector for the pole that connects to the outer door handle is not a good fit. Use the one from the old actuator.... otherwise, works great.
