Yes it works - I blew both of them!
I'll buy another set soon, but it was the perfect example of why fuses are so important for safeguarding the electrical system in the car. I recently purchased Infinity's BassLink Mini powered sub, and while I was taking my time and wiring everything in, instead of wiring the two 12V & two ground wires within the four pins, I managed to swap one of the ground and 12V. I heard a faint POP from the front. I checked, and sure enough, I popped this fuse. There's already a built-in fuse, but of course, they say it's better to have an inline fuse for the power, and I'm glad I took such advice. But I blew the second, thinking it was how I connected the power wire to the battery. It pops again 😑 I double-checked and saw that the wires were crossed somehow, so I rewired the two connections, and while I had to use a regular ATC fuse inline for the time being, I know it works as it should.
